100%. I sometimes re-watch the movie because it is so cool, not a great plot or story (which is why the reviewscore is low) but just awesome to watch and enjoy. They don't make them like that anymore. Beautiful over-dramatic scenes and very nice slow-mo's with great music throughout the whole movie.

This riff is actually played up around the 12th fret. Common mistake. A lot of people on RUclips are getting this one wrong. If you look at the way west plays it during a live performance though he's not playing around the 5th or 7th fret. It's up around the 12th. This is actually a pretty easy song. Super easy actually. Great amateur song for beginners but this is not the right way to play it. Move it up to the 12th fret E and A strings. Also the song does not require two guitar parts. The bass can pretty much carry the lower rhythm part wow a single guitar player transitions to the more shimmery higher notes the couple of times it's required. Then immediately go back to locking down that lower cool Maine part of the riff everybody recognizes. The course is super easy down around the low strings first and third fret section. Simple hammurons, 5th chords. If you want to see how to play this the accurate correct way do a quick search for how to play this song on guitar and there's a guy who has a video with a blue PRS. Thats one of the few I have found who's actually playing it the right way.
