- 🔶 A Non-Lucrative Residence Visa allows Expats to establish their residence in Spain if they do not need to perform any commercial activity in order to live here.
🔶 Non-EU nationals looking to reside in Spain for more than 90 days require a visa for entry into Spain. If you want to live in Spain and have sufficient means of subsistence (meaning you don’t need to perform any commercial activity), the Non-Lucrative Residence Visa is perfect for your situation: it allows you to reside in Spain, but does not permit a professional activity nor employment.
🔶 Many people have decided to move to Spain thanks to its quality of life. For Expats, obtaining a Spanish residence permit not only means living in a country with an outstanding position in global rankings, but also enjoying access to the rest of the countries of the European Union.

Hi.great videos.
If I move to spain on non lucrative visa and gain residency after 5 years, can i work once im a resident? or do i have to be a spanish citizen to work and bow long until i gain citizenship.many thanks.jason
Hi Pedro, it is my understanding that to obtain the non lucrative visa you have to have a specific amount of money in your Spanish bank and it must have been in the account for at least 6 months. I understand the figure is €27,000 for person 1 and €6,000 for person 2. Is this correct?
That’s right Robbo! When your applying for the second year you’ll be going for a 2 year visa so you’ll need double that too. Check out You Too Spain as well as it’s another good channel as well as Upsticks as well. ❤️🇪🇸

No answer 🤔
When providing a bank statement, does it have to be itemised so they can see everything that has come in and gone out or just a declaration of how much you have?
During stay under this visa , one can study in another European country like Belgium ?

Hi, thanks for the valuable pieces of information
I'm from Sri Lanka. I'm working remotely and also selling my video courses online. All funds I take via my sole proprietor business.
(That income is more than 3,500 a month.)
I also have a fixed deposit interest income
(That income is 500 a month.)
Are these acceptable revenue streams for the Non-Lucrative visa program?
