Craftsman Decorating a Wooden Spoon. Kolrosing a Flower. Slow down With This Meditative Craft.

In this video I'm decorating a coffee scoop I carved earlier. Traditional craft of kolrosing. Lines are cut in with the tip of a wood carving knife, filled in with finely ground coffee and sealed with flaxseed (food grade linseed) oil.

I think there should be a little leaf above and below the flower, each one facing in a different direction. But its beautiful anyway.
