Lessons of Abkhazian Language

- Leila, Esma and Zurab have been teaching Abkhazian for 17 years. Both ethnic Abkhazians, Leila and Esma, found themselves on the other side of the river Enguri after the war. Zurab connected them with each other. “Lessons of Abkhazian Language” is a challenge for teachers as well as students. Each one of them has their own motivation to overcome this challenge.

do u know how to say "shampoo" in Abkhazian? i've been looking for it everywhere and i can't find it. there is no shampoo on online Abkhazian dictoneries and no translater cant translate shampoo to Abkhazian.

I am Georgian. We are neighbors, but for me to pronoun abkhazian words without teacher is unreal!

This is Abkhazian language which belongs to the North Caucasian language family.
I'm a native adyghe speaker and i can make out most of the consonants here, but some are literally a tongue twisters.

@@TrissTess69 Do not place Apsny and South Osetia together. Apsny was included into Georgia by the will of Stalin. South Osetia is Georgian territory populated with Alanians and then taken in 2008 by Vova Hublot to build there their shitty army bases. And yes now we have shitty war bases too. It sucks.

ABKHAZIAN language doesn't exist my friends! Don't be stupids. It's the language of APSUA, people from North Caucasus, who came in Abkhazia (Georgia) a long time ago and now believe they are independent "Abkhazian" People, while they aren't sure which identity they really have. They are just Separatists. Abkhazian is the Georgian language and Abkhazian people are the Georgians. Abkhazia was the region of Georgia for centuries and always will.

Lies that was fabricated during Stalin’s reign. Abkhazians (Apsuas) are direct ancestors of Apsilae and Abasgoi tribes. The Abkhazian self-name Apsua comes from Apsilae. There is even clear mention of Abkhazians in Georgian chronicles as Apsar in the chronicle “Histories and Eulogies of the Sovereigns ისტორიანი და აზმანი შარავანდედთანი”. Both Circassian and Abkhazians are descendants of Maykop and Dolmen cultures and have been living within their modern borders for thousands of years.

I can name several historical sources which confirm living apsua and abaza people in Abkhazia minimum from 2nd century.
Abkhazia is the name of Apsua and Abaza and Jiches people.
Like Georgia is the name of Saqartvelo
Geargians are qartvelebi.
There live also svanebi and megrelebi, they have their own language which are different from qartuli.
Qartvelians never lived in Abkhazia. Only few qartvelian monchs lived in Abkhazian templs.
