If you are taking pictures of someone, you are protected by the first amendment. And there is no crime in following somebody's vehicle to take said pictures.
As long as they are not touching her, attempting to get inside her vehicle or home and staying on public property there is nothing a police officer can do. Also we can’t just arrest people for a future crime that we don’t know if that will actually happen.
Aside from the divorce she recently lost her mother as well. I guess it makes sense to feel overwelmed with someone following you, specially when you are alone, she is a celebrity, but is also human.
We can realize how people can be cruel just reading the comments in this video. She is human like everybody and she deserves to have her privacy respected.
In public no one has the right to privacy! It sucks because some people cannot enjoy themselves out in public but we also have to acknowledge that the fans that are overly obsessed with celebrities is just as much to blame as the paparazzi that provides those fans with the information.
Even the cops are selling their pictures of her breaking down in exhaustion and frustration. That’s pretty low. Inhumane, even. And the news outlets pick her bones for a few bucks distributing this moment. There should be some protection for public figures. This is too much.
They’re not selling anything. It’s all public record genius. The press can literally get any information they want for free for the police that’s not apart of an active investigation.
Regular citizens don’t get special treatment so why would there be special treatment for “public Figures?” Actually that is what is wrong with society now is that fans get overly obsessed so that is why paparazzi get more aggressive at finding news on these public figures. If citizens stop desperately obsessing over these people the paparazzi wouldn’t even have a job.
Everybody should have protection not just rich white public figures...so protection is only for the rich and famous 😅😅😂😂😂😂😂. Rules for thee and not for me yeah.
