So glad Tuck is the boss. Love seeing him.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
APPRECIATE YOU FAMM TRAIN 🚆 MANY BLESSINGGZZ 2U&YOURZZ UNIVERSE 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
When to plant them in zone 6a? Thanks 👍🏼👍🏼
I plant seed potatoes in grow bags every year now. My grandsons harvest them and it’s like an Easter egg hunt. They love it! Thanks for another great video!
didnt realize you could plant them that close together. Thanks!
I didn’t think I could love Tuck any more then I see him eating my favorite vegetable! ❤❤❤❤ Tuck!!
Nice. I did an experiment last year where I went even lazier. I placed cardboard on the ground, started setting potatoes down and covered with dirt and adding more dirt as the season progressed. It worked !
I live in the windy western desert of NV. I have some bags like plastic grocery bags I am no longer using as they are worn or the handles are off. Maybe I will try that. Thankyou for all the ideas.
@@michelleharrell8452 As the plastic breaks down you may get microplastics in your soil. make sure you peel any root veggies so you dont eat the plastic!
@@allysonvollmer7223 Thankyou.
Love to see little Tuck enjoying the harvest! 😄❤❤❤❤❤
I love ALL The Gardening Channel With James Prigioni videos!
Don't know what but there's something about that garden that I love
My box is ready, and the seed potatoes were just delivered. So excited to save on space with this new method. Thanks James!
Waiting for weather to allow. Thank you James. Love your channel and of course King Tuck. Your asparagus are too tempting to pass up.
Can't wait to try this. Thanks James. Love little Tuck. So cute!❤❤❤
your such a positive and inspiring person, and so full of knowledge, thank you so much for sharing! Tuck is such a great garden guardian too 💗💗💗
WOW that was spaced close!, I am trying this year in bags.
The Asparagus bandit is cute , give him a Pardon !!!!!
I really loved your interview with the MI Gardner. This is the first time I’ve ever commented on any site because I usually watch on TV but I had to get on my phone and say great job. I’m impressed with both of you.
I watch both channels. Love them both. In addition I watch epic gardening, Jacques in the garden , Huw Richard's and Charles Dowding Migardener which are not necessarily in my zone and some others a little,, but therea wealth of information that can be applied to other zones. I enjoy their wealth of knowledge and experience that I can learn from.
Love that you share your life qith with Tuck. I do red potatoes in fabric grow bags as well as pots. Works pretty darn good.
Thanks for the great information James. Tuck always looks so happy. ❤
Tuck must be the healthiest dog around, started spuds in grow bags just 4 for starters will see how it grows ❤❤❤
Love your passion for growing your garden, I don’t have a lot of space but I get excited when I see the veggies growing in the pots I planted them in
Strange how no matter what these guys in the videos do, it not only works, but as time goes by better and better ways of doing it appear seemingly without end.
This is a genius idea for growing potatoes. Thanks for Sharing!
It makes my heart happy to see how you treat sweet Tucker ❤❤. He is in good hands with you!! I love to see Tucker eating vegetables, and James, thank you very much for your channel. It`s very educational. Regards from a danish peruvian .
Listening to your excitement gets me excited to planting again this year. Thank you so much for your videos. You have helped me so much.
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤Tucks. Awesome way to plant potatoes. I have a small yard. I will have to try that method.
❤❤❤❤ Beautiful to see how effortlessly you harvested them.
Thank you James for the great information you share with us. Tuck, is amazing harvesting his own vegetables ❤❤❤❤
❤❤❤ for Tuck the young king, the little boss. Thanks for the info.
Awesome way to plant potatoes!❤️. I planted potatoes once using the hilling method. It was a pain to harvest them. If I do potatoes again, I will definitely use your new method. Thanks James and Tuck❤❤
❤i love you both! Your passion for gardening is inspiring! Tuck is the cutest dog after my Littlebit😊
I'll try to plant potatoes in front of my home. Thank you very much james..
I just stumbled upon your channel. This was the best, most concise and instructive gardening video I have ever seen! So much essential information without the long winded saturation of info. Thank you so much. And Tuck was adorable ❤❤❤❤
We always did the same thing with three stacked tires. When fully produced pull the tires apart and just pick the potatoes up.
Awesome video and results. I'll take your advise and do the same this month. Thanks. Greatly appreciated.
Hey Tuck! I was able to sit for another little Tucker...yep that is his name. I enjoyed every minute with him and the week went by way too fast. ❤❤❤❤❤
Watching your videos has encouraged me to expand my garden and my fruit and vegetable selections! Thanks James and Tuck
🥰❤❤❤ for Tuck! Thanks for guarding the garden and helping James with a fantastic and inspiring food forest!. I am waiting for my onion bed to finish so I can break it down and narrow it (from and 8' x 4' to 8' x 2'). Now I am thinking to cut the 4 foot board into thirds and reduce the width even further. Thanks James for showing your success with the potatoes with the "edge" planting. That gave me great insight!
Jx
❤❤❤❤ For Tuck!!!! Love him. He works so hard everyday!!!
Wow, amazing! We just got 39 bags of compost today and are going to plant seeds this weekend. Thank you for all your tips and tricks, as always! Hey, Tuck! ♥♥♥

You are one of my new favorite channels. I am all about food storage but haven't gotten into growing it yet (though I've wanted to for years) and you have given me new hope that I can.
This is awesome! Great job James.
Love your energy! Tuck knows how to eat healthy 😊❤❤❤😊
I love this idea. I was wondering how to get a load of potatoes out of my small space over here. Thanks to you and Tuck, now I know! Thank you SO MUCH. You've like a gardening encyclopedia right here in my laptop! Awesome. ❤❤❤'s for you and Tuck!!!
This is my first year growing potatoes and this video was so informative. I appreciate you making videos that always help me with gardening. Gotta give a shout out to the boss Tuck 🐕 ❤❤❤.
Hi James and Tuck ❤❤ from Australia 🇦🇺, thank you so much for sharing your great tips on growing veg. Definitely going to grow spuds the easy way 😊
I need „A Day in Tucks life“ POV with a voice over from his perspective like those funny animal videos 😂 Tucks gonna be like „man those guys are running around my garden again. told them so many times not to disturb me when I‘m working. *munch munch* those carrots are good. just a bit more crunch next time. gotta give them a bit fertilizer. need to check the peas now.“
You are one of my new favorite channels. I am all about food storage but haven't gotten into growing it yet (though I've wanted to for years) and you have given me new hope!
Love watching Tuck!! ❤ He is precious! I am a new gardener and have invested in growing my own veggies this year. Excited for harvest time. 😊
Thanks James !! Love Tuck ❤
I did my potatoes the usual hard way this year, maybe I'll do mine in a couple of these next year! Watching all of these good results from tighter plant spacing makes me want to try some of these techniques! I love the lush look of a space covered in green for several months! My furry friend of Tuck's is one of the reasons I have to put a fence around my asparagus bed!
Thank you for all the information, I love your show and love Tuck.
❤❤❤ Tuck is adorable!!!
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ for Tuck!
Those potatoes were huge and beautiful. Awesome harvest!
❤❤❤ for Tuck!
Awesome video! Looking forward to trying it out I have a TON of 2x10’s it was meant to be. Looking forward for the harvest videos this year and your plans!

Looks like I know what I am adding to the garden next year!!
❤❤❤❤❤love for Tuck. Have 2 yorkies
Thanks for the great video! We love seeing Tuck help himself. Our dog Jake also harvests his own crop!
❤ you can actually take off the shoots and plant them. I doubled m6 potatoes by doing just that. And i planted the potatoes. Dad is 90 and showed me how to cut the potatoes 🥔 to get even more. ❤
You have no idea how much this is going to help me! 💚
Thanks James, definitely going to try this method with our potatoes. Tuck always makes us smile❤❤❤❤
I really like this technique! Going to give it a try.

My little dog do not eat veggies like Tuck does. I just love seeing Tuck ❤
I like this idea. I'm piecing together other things you show in several trellis vids. Tuck is a cutie!
Awe love your channel and Mr Tuck❤
I am going to build one of these potato beds this week and plant mine asap. Love me some Tuck too. ❤❤
❤️❤️❤️I’m going to plant potatoes soon! Perfect day to watch this. Thank you
❤❤❤❤❤❤for Tuck!
I Love watching Tuck feast on Veggies from his Garden 🤣 😢 I meant Your Garden. I Love your enthusiasm for everything Gardening and just came across this video on "the lazy way to grow potatoes... Thank You for all Your helpful knowledge for a greater harvest
Last year I did a test - same potatoes, same compost soil, same size raised beds. One place potatoes were in between corn and onion, another inbetween peas and beets. Peas showed much greater result! Can you please make more videos on companion planting, because it is a very difficult theme to understand! 😢 This year I am trying to grow potatoes in big pots - planted them vaguely, but with a little soil and mulching with grass too. Hope it works! 😊 Love your videos, all are very inspiring! Thank you for what you for all the time you put and impact you make!
❤❤❤❤❤ looks just like my Brutus. Thanks for the hints on potatoes.
I have a new bed with no soil that I'm gonna try Ruth stout method. I have some compost and a little bagged top soil to put on top and a ton of leaves from the fall to mulch with. It doesnt get a ton of sun but we'll see how it goes and I'll be building soil for next seasons crops. Did you cut the blooms off as they appeared on the plants?
Doing this this year. For sure!
Hello James! 👋
I always enjoy your videos…you’ve taught me a lot! 😁
I always chuckle when you refer to Tuck as helping in the garden…Trixie (my jack russell) wants to tell Tuck Hello! Lol
It’s getting hot here in Ocala, Florida …88’ today 🙄
Love the narrow bed. The potatoes looked great. ❤❤❤❤❤
I love your garden! I love Tuck too. 😊❤
Jerzee James & Tuck, I really like your idea on that wooden potato raised bed, you are a good carpenter! I had to get my garden ready & planted some groceries before my TKR. So I'm back to watching my favorite gardening channels! ❤❤️💚💚❤️❤️ p.s. I really love my vego garden tool holders, they hold lots & longer tools too! 🥰
🌺Aloha James, we love to experiment in our garden and we hope to try your tip on growing potatoes. We've tried several other ways and still get low production. Great seeing Tuck. Btw we experimenting with grapes this year, we were so inspired with your harvest. We hope to have a harvest next year. See you in your next video.
❤Tuck❤ thanks for teaching us how to grow so much food!
Thats a super good way to keep animals out too. I think you can just use hay instead of soil. It looks clean and the plants are beautiful. Ive seen people do it in burlap sacks or laundry baskets. Definitely ideas. Thank you!
Love how u say.. water. Reminds me of my Grandmom. Water:)
Love ya Bro from Montana!! Can't wait to get started!! Keep up the great work! God bless you & Tuck!
Me and Tuck love you too! Thanks Gary, we appreciate you
@jamesprigioni You & Paul G have been a great inspiration to me & my mother. Watching & learning for years now from you . Thank you! We are always in awe & jealous lol..we live in a zone 4b with gumbo for our ground and snowing as I write!🤣🤣 But 7 years later, we are succeeding! Again, keep up the great work!
Very interesting. Love Tuk♥️
❤❤❤ Love the little guy!!! Awesome information!
Tuck is so cute and he loves his garden ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I’m doing my first year with potatoes. I have 6 20 gallon buckets going and I am getting so excited for harvest!
WoW dude.. I watch all of your videos but this one got me wanting to plant some potatoes. Thats amazing how many you got out of those plants. just wow. Good job
Great video. I have been planting seed potatoes in grow bags. No digging involved except to shovel in compost from my bins. Grow bags makes harvesting very easy, but I see that you were more or less able to pull all the potatoes up by the stems and leaves. Digging up potatoes with a spade or fork tends to result in damaging several.
