Guardian of the balance of worlds, the Calais Dragon is a lasting creation that accompanies the rehabilitation of the city’s seafront. It is 25m long and 10m high, scaly, green and has been known to breathe fire.
The 'Dragon de Calais' is a mobile, steel, and carved wood construction that can transport people on 20-minute tours of the seafront.
Dragons only appear to humans in situations of extreme need, to settle a conflict, or to allay an evil.
