Thank you! I so enjoyed these runs. I'm hoping to keep the momentum up, but I can't be too overly critical of myself if it doesn't happen as much as I want it to. I'll get there!

So great to see you back on my screen again Andy! Huge kudos to you for returning sensibly and not going in all guns blazing! Well done on the house clearance etc having been through it quite a bit myself with my grandparents etc I know it can take up a big chunk of time. I hope to see you running again soon mate! 😎🤘

A sight for sore eyes! Your videos got me through C25K and I’m now booked in for a 10K later this year. Hope life gets a little steadier soon. Happy running!!

Great to see you back running Andy. Doing the same myself. We were running quite a bit to get my work colleague into shape for her wedding. Then we kind of stopped. We've been on and off for the last few months and only just now getting back into it. Doing a 5k at the moment is painful when we're up to 2 10ks in a week. Looking forward to more videos. Matt B

So sorry to hear about all the hardships you’ve been going through lately. You are a constant inspiration to me and I am glad to see you back at it. I just recently got back to running after giving birth to my second son and am actually doing C25K in order to ease my way back. It’s been super fun! And made even more fun by going back and watching your old C25K videos 😂 Impressive how far you’ve come being able to so quickly bounce back to doing 5Ks! Thanks for another great video 😊

Sorry to hear about all that’s been going on, when it rains it pours. Your videos were always a motivation so hopefully enough time will free up for you to get back in the groove. My running is similarly erratic (with less justification!) but I’m on a good streak atm of ultra slow running 5ks, I could definitely walk at the same speed but it gets the job done!

Great to have you back running Andy, You've had so much to deal with recently, it will be interesting to see how quickly you're able to get back into it. All the best.

It's good to see you back. executive -ing, is a bit of a slog, I did it for a close friend of my dad's and I remember the evenings of bin bags full of documents, scouring every draw in the house, chasing up info, following up letters. Quite overwhelming before you get a handle on it. Then of course it's emotionally draining much more so with a parent.
I figured you'd get your running legs back fairly quickly. Unlike myself I'm sure there are real runners on here that will be as impressed as I am with 5k after such a long break👍. Thanks for the vlog it was a nice treat on an overcast Sunday.

Good to see you back, Andy. Sounds like you've had a huge amount to deal with. The excitement of getting back into running is also nice to see. I'm thinking of doing a half marathon in October this year 👍🏻🏃‍♂️

Redoing C25K is a pretty good idea when coming back from a break I think. It's hard when your brain is saying you can run further and faster, but your body disagrees. Following a program that instructs you to ease back in takes your ego out of the equation. At the very least it resets your expectations.

That's a really good point. I like what you're saying there, a great way of looking at it. Thank you!

It’s not easy fitting it all in, I’m currently upping my kms and yeah… it’s quite a challenge. Sorry to hear about your mother 😢
