Yet another great performance from Dave! I'd like to see him in the rnr hall. Doubt it will happen. He's been a great performer, put great gigs together (with Carl Perkins and a lovely band for example). Thanks again Dave and thanks incongra for posting. Seriously cool!...and Steve Cropper having a very good time.
I saw this tour when they played The Roxy Theater here in Atlanta. Steve Cropper, Dion, Kim Wilson from the Fabulous Thunderbirds, Graham Parsons, Phil Chin on bass & that incredible horn section! What a great show. Went to the Stein Club afterwards, played the jukebox (it had several Dave tunes on it) and talked about the show for hours.
He is one of the only well knowns still playing great Rock and Roll, since Shaking Stevens retired to his sheep farm in Pontyknackered from performing land, and now taken up no sex Golf, Keep playing Dave
@Adrian68ification Mr. Google informs me that the writer is a Mr. Mark Johnson who works out of nashville. Can't find him on youtube but he's got his own website. RUclips don't allow us to post links but I bet if you type mark-johnson dot co m into your browser you'll find him okay
@Adrian68ification This "Mark Johnson" is a pretty cool cat, I have been looking at his website and he is a formidable songwriter/producer. He should be better known. I'm glad I looked into this, enjoy,
Right in my wheelhouse! One of my all-time favorite artists, the great Dave Edmunds with equally great Steve Cropper and my fellow native New Jerseyans, the also great, Richie "LaBamba" Rosenberg & Eddie Manion. Does anyone know where this performance took place?

A stunning performance. If this doesn't make you turn your amp up to 11, then there's something wrong with you.
