Dear Eurail Team, Please let me know how I will get a pass for my child(7 years old). I am just getting an option of Adult pass. There is no option for adding child pass along with Adult pass. If you will share this information, it will be really helpful. TIA.
Hi, I am unable to see the slider icon on my trips but haven’t yet activated my pass for my trip in July. I thought I couldn’t activate it till my travel starts but do I need to activate this before to see this slider icon and add journeys to my trip?
This video is useless. It goes by so fast that it is hard to do what it says before you are on to the next item. Plus what it says to do is different that what is on my phone which is a very recent model. For example, the words "add pass" do not exist on "my pass" when I pull my pass. I get a + sign which only takes me to screen lock which does'n't help.

I do every step same as this video but I still cannot get the ticket
We are travelling as a group of 4. Can you have 2 passes on 2 devices?

This video is extremely poor. It needs to go slower. Can't they pay someone to have someone make a decent how to video. Extremely frustrating.
if you click on the settings (gear looking icon) you can slow the speed of the video there
