New mirrors changed the whole soul of the bike. Tbh factory ones look like ear of the rabbit glad you changed keep up

Thank you! I agree, it looks a lot better. As for the little rubber piece, I actually already had it in my garage, it just happened to fit perfectly, so I don't really know where it came from at all. I'm sure you could find something at your local hardware store on online that would fit.

I got the same mirrors, but mine is tinted. mabye because its a plastic layer on it? did u pull of a plastic layer on these mirrors??
I did, in fact. There was a clear little film that they came with when in the packaging, those are meant to prevent the mirror from getting scratched in transportation. See if you can remove the film, and let me know how it goes!
Dude 1 question..hows the brake and clutch lever ....compred to stock...
They feel way better. They're grippy, thicker, and of course just look cooler! I'm really pleased with them.

Correct. You will need to remove the factory bar ends.

Hey bro.......can we install them without lever guards.....?? If lever guards are not present then there will be some ugly spacing........rt??
Of course, you can install them without the lever guards. They are not necessary to install the mirrors. I kept mine on, but if you have the stock bar ends that’s totally fine. There won’t be any spacing. Hope I could help!
@@MotoRevs I ride Duke 250........it doesnt have split bar ends like Duke 390...... They r single piece... They don't have those spacers...... What should I do??

The Duke 390 is also one single handlebar, it is not two pieces. These mirrors will install the exact same way on my bike as on your bike. The package will bring all the required spacers and hardware to install them. There is no cutting required. Hope I could help.

For eg . ......in Duke 390 left side bar end weight is in two parts.....rt ?.....but in Duke 250 left side it is single weight.....I mean it is not in two pieces.......you got it....?......then can I install.....
Forgive me, I’ve misunderstood you. The bar end weights on the 390 are only one piece, on either side. They are just like the 250 bar end weights, only one piece. You can install them on your 250 just fine.
Great videos and channel! (Liked and Subbed) Totally random question for you! What are you using to plug the old mirror holes? It's such a good idea to prevent crap from getting in their causing rust..
I greatly appreciate your support! I’m actually using a small rubber stopper from an old plastic fairing from my S1000XR. It fits perfectly, and completely covers up the hole. You can check Ebay or Amazon for a small screw that is made just for that hole, however. There are many options to covering it up.

Oh, man, I got lucky with that. I just happened to have 2 little rubber grommets laying around my garage that fit perfectly in there. You could probably find some like these anywhere near you at a hardware store!

Did you remove the factory handle weight to install these? And if so do you find a difference in handling?
I did in fact have to remove them! The difference is minimal and really not enough to notice while riding. They are a bit lighter than the factory weights, but handling has not suffered at all!
@@MotoRevs how did you get the oem internal weights out?
The weights are just the bar ends, so removing them was super easy with just an Allen key!
@@MotoRevs nah, there's an internal part in them that's threaded. I didn't try really hard, but I couldn't get the internals out. Obviously the barend itself comes right off. Probably use a long bolt, vise grips, and weld a slide hammer to it and bang one out, inspect it, then I'll know how to get the second one out properly.
Correct, I thought you were referring to the bar ends. I would advise against removing the weight in your bar, as that prevents such things as tank slappers and ease of turning. (assuming you aren't installing others or doing some other work) Good luck to you! I hope you figure it out in a timely manner.
I put on end mirrors because I hated the look of the stock mirrors. For those who hate the look of the stock mirrors I took the rubber off them and they look much better.

That look awesome. Nicest pair I've seen so far.
Nope! These mirrors never get in the way of anything. They are perfectly placed and positioned to not interfere with any controls. The ONLY thing I might say they somewhat interfere with is when I hang off the bike going “the speed limit” around a bend. It’s not really annoying, it’s just sometimes when my hand hangs off the bar it kind of pushes the mirror a little. But it’s not to worry! I strongly recommend these mirrors if you’re on the fence about it.
I bought those mirrors. Only problem is the bars vibrate a lot more without the bar weights.
I have noticed that too! Seems to be the only drawback, however. I don't think the vibrations are too bad, at least for me. I hope the lack of weight doesn't affect your riding too much!
I like what you've done with the bike has your field of view changed since installing them?
It has, actually. That’s the first thing I noticed after removing the big stock mirrors. I can see so much more of the road in front of me, there is literally nothing obstructing my view. It helped more than I thought it would!

Why didn’t u let them under handlebars
I thought about doing that, but the way the bike is designed would not allow it. The mirrors would have hit the tank before full lock left to right, and it would have damaged both the mirrors and the tank. My only choice was to either out them over the handlebar, or straight out. I didn’t like how they looked straight out, so I settled with over the handlebar.
Do you remove the original ktm end bar weights?
I do! These are heavy enough to act as bar end weights, although not as heavy as the stock ones. They are great though!

What size of bolt did you have to use? You mentioned the one supplied did not fit.
Im not too sure, unfortunately. The bolt has no numbers or any indication of size. In fact, I couldn’t find any that quite matched it. It was a mystery bolt.
