Hi Rose. Hope you do read this. I’m 46 and I ’ve been trying to learn for 10 solid months already. My basics are stable but I cannot move beyond RM and Charleston. learning this will be a great addition…thanks a mil❤
@janetcmunluo796 You've got this, I hope it's something fun that can grow your shuffle move library! 😄 I'd definitely recommend working on rocking next if you're looking for a specific move to drill, that's one of the best shuffle staples in my opinion! I have a tutorial on rocking on my channel if you're interested! 😊
I'm so happy that you enjoyed the tutorial! Thank you so much for the feedback as well!!! 🥰 I am definitely going to be creating more tutorials in the near future! I've got some videos planned to film as well as some new equipment to test out to hopefully improve the quality a little bit! 😄
Aww thank you so much!!! 🥰 Yes just keep up with it and you will reach your goals with this dance style before you know it! 💖 I like to set challenges with myself to practice for a certain amount of time each day 😄 When I first started I tried to challenge myself to shuffle for at least 15 minutes every day! 😊
Hey !! I have almost learned...but not able to do as fast as you are doing....How much time it took for perfection. ...or any tip you want to give so as for perfection..
Just keep practicing slow until you get the clean movement down, then keep challenging yourself to move fast while keeping your movements sharp! 😄 I practiced for at least 15 minutes a day when I first started, and made sure to practice in front of mirrors or take videos whenever I could to make sure I was doing the movements correctly! It all just takes a little time, as it's mostly muscle memory! 😊 Also realize that there is no specific perfect way to do things, and the more you connect with yourself and how your body wants to move to the music, the more you will accomplish what you are looking for in shuffling! 😄💖
It took me about an 1h 10 mins from absolute zero to learn the sequence and do it to the count at 7:50 without getting lost in my feet :) Once I get fast and good, I'll update this. As far as perfection, it takes time, just like with learning a new language. First, you repeat phrases verbatim, then, after getting a hang of it, you start to improvise. Look up tutorials on musicality if you want to learn how to dance with the music, not just to a set routine.
Excellent tutorial! Concise and exhaustive. You are a very good teacher: you show it all, than break down all the steps, then reassemble to the count, then do everything to the music. Keep doing it, consider monetizing these videos. I just wish you had a microphone on your body so that the room acoustics wouldn't interfere...
Thank you so much for the feedback, I really appreciate it! I will definitely keep that in mind for future tutorials! 😊 I feel like an on-person mic would be super useful as I know it's a little hard to hear me in this video. Unfortunately monetization for these videos isn't really an option since I'm using popular music, but maybe if I keep building my channel I can work towards that with some of my videos at some point! I really love creating and helping others learn this dance style! And with constructive feedback like this I can consistently improve the content I'm producing ❤ Thank you again for your feedback! 🥰
@@OliviaLarge Your reaction to feedback is awesome, with this approach to things you'll become a master in whatever you do! Research monetization deeper. That will give you the money for the head-mounted mike :) You're not duplicating someone's work, you use that music as a part of your work. People are monetizing videos where they simply loop Imanbek's Roses for 1 hour. Or put lyrics on it, like ruclips.net/video/dePrNtMutpI/видео.html Your work is way beyond that.
@@vitaliyshvetsdds7417 Wow, I honestly had no idea! I will definitely be looking more into monetization as I have some clearer goals set for myself now over the past few weeks! I definitely am looking forward to improving my content and found a cheaper mic that I will be trying out in my upcoming RUclips videos! Thank you so much for your comment and feedback/advice. I really do appreciate it so much!
@@vitaliyshvetsdds7417 That's a great idea, I didn't even think of that! I am going to test out the mic I got but if it's not good quality I might return it and look on those sites for something better 😊
MORE, MORE, MORE TUTORIALS PLASE. YOU ARE REALLY GOOD.
Thank you so much! 😄 I definitely have more on the way!!! 😊

@@OliviaLarge 🥳🥳🥳🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️😁😁😁
At what count do you start when music playing ?
Looks like you don’t start at 1-2,
You start at 7-8
The choreo starts on 1 😄 In the beginning of the video showing the dance, that count up is 5-6-7-8 and then you go into the Charleston on 1! 😊
Thank you , it’s a bit not clear but I will adjust

I will definitely keep that in mind for my future videos, I apologize for not taking a video from the front as well!
Write the name of the remix correctly, Roses - Imanbek Remix. Imanbek received a Grammy-2021 nomination fo this remix.
If you check the description you will see that it's already written there and he's most definitely been given credit 😄
