3:53 yes, Chaeyeon's whole running concept is that she's a 300+ (or was it 500+) years old vampire that's trying to fit in the society/new era and also becoming an artist/idol, as well as slowly becoming human (due to her experiments in Hush Rush). That's why she was finally able to go out in the sun in her debut song, and here in Knock, since in vampire lore, you normally won't see a vampire's reflection on mirrors, but here, they emphasized it. Meaning, she's slowly becoming part-human. That's why you can see her drinking tons of "blood" from her chilled stock (probably to balance everything out w/ her garlic drink and her "blood" juice), plus during the 2nd time the chorus hits, if you'll notice in 3:16, she's actually dancing "inside" her coffin as her stage (her in black suit and the red background) and damn, red totally suits her!
