This is a Deku as Obito Au, everything is still canon quirks. But Izuku never got One for all and decided to train in shinobi arts, he got into UA and everyone loved him as did he. But one day a villain hid in a cave plotting to gas the city, Deku, Bakugo (Kakashi) and Uraraka (Rin) were assigned to stop him while the heroes delt with villain attack. They managed to defeat the villain but the villain self destructed the cave which is the accident where Izuku was caught in the rubble saving Bakugo and the rest is the same as the original plot. AFO saved Izuku, Izuku awakened a late quirk from his father side of the family "The Sharigan" But bakugo didnt get it like kakashi.

Au:after the 1st war lady nagent actually defeated izuku and before he was sent to afo he knew that ofa would be more powerful in his hand so he in advance kept a string of hair for bakugou in his drawer and told all might if anything happens to him he should give ofa to bakugou since he trust him more
