I think they are I grabbed it after the Fully Yoked edition, trying not to look up much but from what I've seen everyone says it made a bunch of changes and updates for the better!
@@rybearyt its cause i read once in an article that it was the final update, but at that moment i thought they actually meant to say it was the latest. but then i found your video and the title says preparing for the end, so i thought it indeed was the final update
you need to explod the shovel to get on the top of the table
You’re supposed to blow up the rock behind the shovel, it drops the shovel onto the seat of the picnic table so you can walk up

Gotcha! Yeah this is just me I *think* getting close to at least finishing the base game but they are doing lots of NG+ from the looks of it!
