    Thanks again for an informative video. I had trouble locking in the portafilter as it was real tight. Exchanged the puck screen for a paper one, which helped. (Had a nice indentation on the puck) On subsequent shots, just lowered the dose and played around until it worked smoothly. Just hope I did not damage the shower head as you mentioned.... A new learning experience with Espresso for me, but having fun with it.

    A good test is to put a coin, with a similar thickness as the puck screen, on the tamped coffee to see how big of an indentation it makes.

    Any good coffee recommendations love latte's and milk based drinks as well as medium and dark roast. Looking at the ReAnimator Foundation Blend I just don't know I need some insight.
