I understand how you feel . I also wanted to find peace and truth. I read lot of great philosophical book but I could not find what I am looking for . But when I read Bible I felt it is God's voice. I believe Jesus is the way and the truth and life. It is greatest news to mankind.

Thank you for your Testimony I didn't know if I would Surrender to anything much less to Jesus I was sitting on my couch talking to Him and I was telling Jesus that I didn't want nothing to do with Him,but He had other plans for me I ended on my living room floor holding the Lord's Prayer under my chin I can't really tell you how I got from the couch to the floor and holding the Lord's Prayer it is a paper masha Bible that I've had for about 12 yrs that is on the TV stand ,but I know something changed that day I don't ever want to go one day without Him and when I try to say OK I've had enough it seems He is around more then it's like OK ThankyouLordforlovingme God Bless Love Peace to You

Powerful testimony. This is not the first testimony on here to mention searching out other faiths. It is significant, I think that there are Jews are searching elsewhere to find God. The cost of embracing the Messiah is very real. How precious is that relationship.
These preconceived views of Jesus being only for Gentiles are a great barrier for sharing the life changing news of Messiah. I hear it all the time in these wonderful testimonies!

God was hardest on the Jews, He chose them to be revealed. Their eyes were veiled from Him so in His kindness, the rest of humanity would not be forgotten. I read BoZecarias yesterday, the part where he said, Jerusalem would mourn for Him as a firstborn made me cry. But then I remembered Isaiah saying "little brothers and sisters";) will carry them on our shoulders well that is a beautiful image!! When I hear a firstborn say "Jesus, I surrender," I get joy in my soul-- imagine the joy of God!!! I pray every, yes, every day for the hearts of the Jews back to Jesus only as one human family can He be fully revealed. Daniel called Him "great and terrible". He Himself said, "great and terrible is the day of your redemption. " I want the entire human race not to suffer, but the Jews, for every Christian, are the ones He chose reveal Himself through, what a blessing to us!!! This very much resonated with me. She did not have one of those dramatic moments that some people describe. A bright golden light and warmth filling the body, a rush of overwhelming feeling going through the body and soul. She said that she just realized the Truth. I often long for one of those dramatic, overwhelming episodes where Jesus appears and floods me with an overpowering presence. But it has never happened. I just read the New Testament and understood; this is true. Completely. And I'm certain it was the Holy Spirit that caused me to read it.
