Oh ok.Mari rice cook ayindha open chesi chusthe…..immediately have you opened the lid or after the pressure is released? based on that I can suggest

The same problem happened for me too. Food burn. The instant pot switched off. I used Rice setting nstead of pressure cook. It worked for me last time.
