Awesome video! The carwash looks very cool and so does the car and the sound of the music. The carwash looks so bright at night when the lights blink off and on. The lavender colored car gets washed and drives out squeaky clean into the the dark, of the night!

But once I saw a Koenigsegg Agera S in both Red Wave locations and Deluxe Shine. All were spawned manually, including the Skyline, but excluding the Lexus and Camaro.

Because the game is closed. It's usually open almost every day except Sundays at 5 PM.
Nowadays, you also have to be in the Red Wave group.

About the permission levels part... It's like that when the game is closed. Usually when that green play button is there, you can play it.
