You’re my hero. Was looking for something like this. Didn’t like fm transmitter because it kills audio quality.

Thx bro👍 this actually helped alot
Glad to hear that bro 😎
Hi I also have a e63 i'm glad your making these videos could you post one on how to turn on or activate the tv my tv did work i touched something on the setting and it stop working thanks keep up the good work.
The facelift w211 models with command it wont work so dont try i tried on my gacelifted e320cdi didnt work
Great video, thanks. But is this device any better than a direct connection between my mobile phone and the aux socket in my Mercedes W211 E class 320 Sport? When I use this simple connection, the sound level is very poor. Does the Bluetooth adaptor increase the volume?
Thanks for watching. Do you have Harmon Kardon speakers? Mine sounds great. This device doesn’t improve quality but certainly doesn’t make it worse.
@@AccentOnCars No, they are the standard speakers, the problem seems to be that the Comand does not deliver much volume (recognised by many people), I just wanted to know if the Bluetooth connection delivers a higher volume than the direct 3.5mm connection.
Did you find out? @@sproglode
Strait to point Bro
Thanks for watching!
Briiliant Thank you 👏👍
Didn't find the second video (how to make it clean) in your channel :D Can you send me a link?
Thx
Sorry what video are you looking for? :)
@@AccentOnCars So you were saying "USB Output in the glove box" at 3:28 in the future videos.. :)
I never did that. But hopefully will get to it :)
@@AccentOnCars Alright. So you did not install it or just did not make a video about it?
Much respect for the car man.
Thanks mate! Haven’t installed it. Using the cigarette lighter for now.
Maybe you will do some video on catch cans/ oil separators. I found 2 videos where 1 guy was testing different catch cans and found that they raise crankcase pressure drastically ( moroso is one of them) and there was a chinese copy of mann provent 200 that was leaving pressure almost as stock. 2nd video was with australian guy who shows research on oil separators and their effectiveness ordered by australian government... So in general mann provent 200 is best of all, effective and not raising any extra crankcase pressure, but when I was going to order it I found that this filter is for diesel - there maybe some materials that cannot withstand petroleum fumes... So I stuck with this question, as almost all oil separator/catch cans are trash - because they create huge pressure inside crankcase, and their ability to condense oil is negligible comparing to provent 200. But provent 200 is also limited to something like 300hp or something around. So it has to be 2 of these oil separators. Those internal filters for provent 200 are for ~40000km. I don't know what else to say, if you want I'll send the links to those 2 videos...
Hit up 63everything on Instagram. He is working on catch cans. As for me, for now I am fine opening up the IM every 2-3 years and washing its insides :)
This helped, great video!
ay var dadash, damet garm
Glad you liked 👍🏽
Thanks for recommending it. It works great
The Anker Soundsync can do the same as well.
Maybe. I haven't used it.
Not so bad the idea, however a lot of cables. I think there are best options !!!
Sure. What do you recommend?
coolstream duo might be a better option, if your car comes with 30 pin cables
Do you mean better than the brand I put in the comments for 30 pin?
Is there anything to replace my E 350 2007 cellphone Bluetooth. The original is quite expensive
What are you planning to achieve? Do you have Bluetooth for phone calls option?
Great idea but I’m sticking with my 1st. Gen. iPod.😎
Haha 😂
Mine doesn't have a aux port
Strange. I thought all of them had.
In the glove box, how many mm does the jack conection has? Is it 3.5mm?
Yes, it’s 3.5 mm.
in my glove box the place of the aux cord is covered ?! what do I do
I bought a w221 and I don’t even have an AUX port. I don’t even know what to do to get bluetooth music
Do you have any ports in the glove compartment? Do you have navigation?
@@AccentOnCars Same here. I have the small radio with navigation but no ports at all. Probably the only options are the radio transmitter or change the whole radio right?
Will this work on my 2006 Mercedes CLS 350? Please help. Have audio Jack in my Glovebox, but cant seem to get it to open USB MP3's or connect to my phone. What could the reason be? Thank you.
If you have 3.5mm standard audio jack in the glove box then it will work. Don’t forget to choose Aux in your music source menu in the head unit.
What kind of input port does the 2008 Mercedes e350 have a mmi port, mhi port, or a 30 pin port
I have only seen 3.5 mm audio jack port or 30-pin older iPod connector on the cars with iPod integration kit.
Mine (in the right side of the glove compartment) is called an “AMI.”
so what do i do because where my aux is there is a cigarette lighter
Sorry what do you mean? You don’t have Aux or what?
How mach money do you buy the aux?
Aux is built into the car. You just need to buy the device. Link in the comments.
is the bluetooth option found in the cdc ?
You connect one end the device to power and another end to aux. Then the device shows up in the list of Bluetooth devices in your phone. You connect to it. You choose Aux in audio source in the head unit.
Where in Massachusetts are you located? I’m in the NorthShore, love your videos!
Thank you. I am in Boston area. I will organize a meet-up in the summer. You’re invited too :-)
Bunch of AMG owners meet on the 24th. If you’re down for it hit me up on Instagram
@@AccentOnCars Thanks for the invite! I was actually away in NH that weekend but let me know if there’s anything else!
Send me a message on Instagram or email and I will let you know next time
do the streering controls work?
No, in order for them to work you need different devices, but they all require tapping into the head unit wire.
Didn t know my car has this audio input :)
its 18 years old
It’s kind of hard to see it in the glove box :)
Can this work for my 2008 E550? where can i buy one?
It should work. The link to the device is in the description of the video. Here it’s: amzn.to/2Pyb1w6
@@AccentOnCars Thank you
Can you play Sirius XM in w 211
Yes, you can.
Where can i fing aux port? Merc w204
It should be either in the glove box or in the armrest.
This kills audio quality because yok use analog aux cable again
Not at all! Absolutely no perceivable difference between connecting iPhone directly through iPod integration kit and Aux.
Snow?
It was filmed in February:-)
what about audio quality?
It’s superb. No different than cable
Bluetooth over aux.
Yep. So much better than aux cable you have to connect each time. Next, I am going to enable usb cable in the glove compartment so that there are no cables visible whatsoever
@@AccentOnCars it sounds good! No cables, cheers
@@AccentOnCars I reckon just use a battery bank with the Bluetooth adapter, that is what I am trying out
meh i'd rather stick to the CDs :D
😂
How sad Mercedes are so dumb to not have Bluetooth connectivity for streaming from the phone
Back in the day it wasn’t so common.
VERY...BAD...BOY
