I am so proud of Leah as one lefty to another…people don’t realize how difficult it can be to navigate in a right handed world.

As a man i have never been pregnant lol … but both my middle fingers lock up… i thought i was the only one and i learned to live with it and since it’s s both my middle fingers i make jokes about it 😂
i work as a receptionist at a nail salon and ever since the pandemic we have tonssss of clients having meetings and doing work on their ipad, laptop, phone!! totally normal
it shocks me everytime that i’ve watched you since i was 15 and now i’m 24 it feels like yesterday when i came across your channel and the twins were just about born 😭 and how i would talk about you to my mom and that you also have the same name and filipino as well! it excites me everyday when a new vlog is posted 🤍

I had the same thing when I was pregnant! My thumb locked up! It was apparently carpal tunnel, but goes away after pregnancy. Which mine went away.

my primary care doctor and allergist say to take allergy medicine daily during pollen season, pretty weak pill and you don't feel the relief instantly! you will feel it when you take it consistently
i complained that my allergic rhinitis was getting worse and i was surprised she prescribed me to take my medicine daily for 2 weeks before bedtime, i thought it was only meant to be taken when my rhinitis was inflamed, i felt relief but now have to deal with the dry clogged nose
Be careful with allergy meds. They’ve been linked to dementia

I have allergies year 'round (minus 2 or 3 weeks in the winter) and in my experience, if you take the meds while your symptoms are raging it won't help. I take it first thing in the morning (or before bed depending on which med) and it works better.
I also tried immunotherapy which worked AMAZINGLY, but I had to stop because I wanted to have a baby.

It’s called trigger finger.
Yes! It can be relieved with an injection of cortisone (?). It's bothersome. Won't heal or go away without treatment. 😕 been there, done that! ❤️🌷
The finger thing happens to me too! In the morning, middle finger as well Lol! But not pregnant or never had kids haha!

I used to get the locked up finger too!!!! It stopped and came back all of a sudden and stopped again.
I've had surgery on both middle fingers for that. It's called trigger finger and it worsens. Sometimes they'll try a steroid shot before surgery. Very simple surgery and recovery.
Leah is a lefty! But she is learning both lefty and righty. She may rule the world one day! Her ability to adapt and overcome is goals! I love watching this channel! God bless the Travis Family!

Hi Judy! I have really bad allergies too, but I found a really natural way of getting rid of them! I suggest Benji take 1 spoonful of local honey a day, either by itself or in tea or food.
I moved states and that’s the first thing I did, your body gets use to the pollen so allergies are almost non existent! I didn’t have to eat the entire jar, I probably only ate 1/3 of it before the honey made my body use to the pollen.

I have a finger that locks up on me, I was told that an orthopedic hand dr can fix it with cortisone injections on the finger!...It doesn't bother me that much!!! Lol😊
If your fingers are locking up in the morning a probable cause would be rheumatoid arthritis, there's inflammation in your tendons. You can prevent it by avoiding repetitive gripping tasks. You can also try doing finger exercises by gentle flexion and extension. It will prevent stiffness. ☺️

It's called trigger finger.. I had the same issue with my middle and ring finger, and had to get steriod injections done on my hand.
Does anyone think the kids look like either Benji or Judy? To me, none of them look like either. They all have their own look or look like a mixture of both. I’ve never seen it where all kids don’t at-least resemble one parent more than the other. I’ve always thought that. Just wondered if anyone else thought the same thing.

The 24 hour relief allergy meds like Zrytec and Claritin are more for preventative than immediate symptom relief and have to sort of build up. The ones that have a short dosage period, every 4-6 hours, are more for immediate symptom relief. Some of those ,like Benadryl, make you drowsy. Take the 24 hour ones daily for continuous relief.

Please see a doctor with your finger! I've been walking around with it for years. Here in Belgium it is called jumping finger. It was funny at first, painful after a while and eventually unbearable. I had surgery on it last November. My tendon has permanent damage. This one is shorter than the others. Now I can use my finger normally and it no longer hangs, but I cannot fully straighten it. This will never heal 100% again. Please don't neglect this.

Well that's a fun experiment. Wives tales say to try local honey and propolis drops--from a place like the co-op? Local honey helps to fight allergies specific to your area, and propolis is made by bees in the hive as well, if you can find that locally, probably even better, and local elderberry because it's the best vitamin c. And Judy....you are so blessed girrrrl your husband makes you green juiiiice! If there is a chance you might have rheumatoid arthritis which isn't triggered, you just keep eating healthy salads and green juices, and you can even go get tested for it just to see if it is there. But you eat a ton of tomatoes and eggplant so you probably don't have that or else I think you would be in pain or feel off in some way after eating nightshade vegetables like tomatoes, eggplant, potatoes, peppers, and bell peppers. If it isn't that, then I wonder if your C8 vertebrate is out which controls your hands. 'C8 is the nerve "root" that exits the spinal cord below the seventh vertebra in the neck. It travels into the brachial plexus and eventually becomes the nerves that feed muscles in the hand and muscles that bend the fingers. It also provides sensation on the small finger side of the hand and forearm.' Chiropractors can put your subluxations in your spine back together though, especially when they're older sometimes. You should see if they can fix it this far along, I bet they can.

You gotta try different allergy meds. Zyrtec never worked for me but Claritin did! And it helps to take a 24 hr one at night so it’ll be fully kicked in by the time you wake up!
Omg Judy! I’m having the same issues w my finger! I have to wear like a little finger bandage, thing on it bc sometimes I’ll wake up in the morning and it’ll be bent and I freaks me out! I think it’s called trigger finger and mine has gotten worse to where it hurts and gets swollen. I have to go to a hand specialist bc it’s just getting to the point that it’s hard to use it and I couldn’t snap my fingers if i tried bc is so painful.
Let them just walk the balance bikes first. The idea is that they learn to balance on their own and at their own pace. the gliding comes as they get more proficient. It can feel scary and out of control to pick up your feet and try to glide right away when you aren't balancing yet.

We call this a snap finger. If it's bad and hurtful people have to have surgery. But when it doesn't hurt I wouldn't do it.

Trigger finger! You can have it fixed in a simply procedure. That is what I did.
Love the bike we got our 2 year old a balance bike and she does so good on it. It so good for balance and makes transitioning to a big girl bike so much better 😊

Wouldn’t it be better and more hygienic for the girls to tie their hair back for cooking, that’s what my 13 year old granddaughter does when she cooks with me, probably because I tie my hair back, but I don’t think it’s a bad thing to do as it means she doesn’t have her hair hanging over her face. Just saying, not being nasty. ❤❤
