Coffee jelly is a common dessert here in the Philippines, we make a lot of it during Christmas and fiestas and it's so delicious with just evaporated milk it's usually eaten with a spoon. I guess it really is kinda weird putting it in a drink because of it's soft texture. But still, thanks for trying Ro.
