personally i prefer yippee dry only because i find the seasoning more... tasteable when dry lol. when its soupy its a bit underwhelming. though i prefer yippee over maggi as a slightly healthier and different alternative (even though instant noodles are never exactly healthy but yk). my new addiction though is top ramen masala noodles! you should try them lisa :) i heat up some oil and then add the seasoning packet to it first and heat it up a bit then add a bit less water than needed and put the noodles and its SO delicious

@@LisaNguyen also try the yippee magic masala one! It's in an orange packaging. If you can't find it, it's fine too but that's the one I can find here the most. Yippee has a subtle taste that grows on your the more you eat it. Anyway I love your videos and how open you are to trying things! Love you💕❤️

Try it as not too dry, a little bit of consistency is good
they are usually made dry. So try boiling the noodles about 90% of the way. Then drain most of the water leaving some with the noddles then add in the masala.
That's how you typically make regular noodles like Ramen noodles I find it weird the way she made these noodles because then she just watered down the sauce

@Mar Mar No what im telling is she just watered the sauce as you said.. yippe Maggi is something which i eat very often and it's supposed to be creamy kind texture. But if you want to make it soupy you gotta add bit of more ingredients to tight the taste.. orelse it would turn like how she did..and it's a personal experience..m
@@Kazeshini6 I always find it really weird when you make it dry, the flavoring is too strong and tastes gross. Drinking the broth afterwards is the best part and cooking it in the broth let's the noodles soak up the flavor plus it pairs better with toppings. And even with traditional ramen, you have liquid broth

Not true, indians tend to make Maggi more soupy than the packet recommends. Otherwise it's very globby to eat

Yeah some people prefer to have them a little moist. We most certainly don't make it "soupy". Considering that means its atleast equal or a little less part water.
It's just a little moist, but imo depends on the person I guess.

I would suggest using the orange packet (Yippee Magic Masala) and if you are going to make a ramen add a pinch of salt to the broth as well. Put the seasoning packet in first and add the noodlea when it starts to boil.

First chop some onions,curry leaves and fry them or add any vegetables u wish after that fries add water then the soup powder and some eggs as u wish stir it and add the noodles,it is literally amazing you should try it!!

In my opinion Yipee noodles and Maggie have a similar competition as two other popular Indian snacks called Kurkure and Tedhe Medhe, they have similar textures but the tastes are polar apart.

As an Indian I would say it's best to mix yippee magic masala and maggi together (one 5/- yippee and one 10/-maggi) not too much soup , topped with a fried egg poch ( I don't prefer runny yolk with it but it's your wish ) and some black pepper and some green chilli ( boil it with the noodles)and if you prefer some minced garlic ( if add it at the end just some moment before turning the stove off then the garlic flavour won't come out too strong but you'll still feel it)

I personally like the Yippee Noodles a bit dry as the flavor is somewhat off in a lot of water. My all time favorite noodles beside Maggi and Yippee are the Wai Wai they have a unique chowmein like flavor maybe some sort of Nepali flavor but I like it a lot over Maggi and Yippee both.
wai wai is pretty good cooked as well as raw. They have lots of flavor here in nepal, if you see them do try those as well. Current noodles are another favorite its pretty spicy and have thicker noodles.
There are so many different kinds of noodles with masala, and I have no idea how each one tastes fantastic. Can't wait to see you try even more brands, Lisa!

fun fact - if you’re ever making indian instant noodles (yippee or maggi), add about 1/2-3/4s of the water specified on the packet. i usually add about 120/150 mL of water for a more concentrated flavor and a slightly chewier noodle

The best yippee noddles recipe
1-put the noodles in the cold water for 2 min.
2-after 2 mins, take a cooking Bowl and warm the oil in it.
3-add the noodles in the bowl and then mix it.
4- then add a little water, masala,ketchup and some chopped onions.
5- it's done u can also add more ketchup if u want it's just a dry noddle .

I think most thought of the red one. The red one has really small but plentiful of carrots and green beans (I think the green stuff is green beans but I'm not sure). It tastes ok as ramen but way better dry.

you should try the original normally up and you should make it as I say first take a tea cup of water than yippee noodles then when the water is boiled put in the yippee noodles and then you have to wait for some time till the yippee noodles are ready then after you have to add the tastemaker then it will make a nice and flavourfull yippee

Maggi with tomato recipe put lot of butter and tomato then masala and mash it up extra masala cook noodle and mix them together with bit of water and done :)

Mam when trying any indian noodle try to boil as much as water they write boil 2 mins but in reality it takes around 7 to 8 minutes to make them good
When u make maggi or yeppi noddles u are supposed to add extra chilli and salt from your side to it so that it could taste better hope this help 🤗🤗🤗
You only need a teaspoon of water to dissolve the seasonings and then add the cooked noodles in.

It's actually not eaten by adding a lot of water to make it soupy it's eaten dry so you should add less water
i always cut chillies and add a bit pepper and salt whenever i make it soupy since the taste becomes diluted and i like maggi/yippe soupy rather than dry
I tried to make this (sorta I rlly only added eggs to my ramen) my eggs were cooked decently like I don’t think I’ll die but I’d recommend it to anyone plus depending on how much water you add you don’t even taste the egg and it’s alot more filling then regular ramen and I got protein I think >:)
Yippe And maggi Are type of Dru noodles Use less Water and and evaporate the water after mixing it with tha masala. You'll taste the best yipee .you can add some veggies as per instruction if you want tho..
