Watching this complexity eliminate G2 in Sydney made me a fan and showed a lot of potential for this roster - but I'm going to be the first to admit they haven't achieved that same level since. This is a good start but things are still looking shaky, hoping they can tighten it up in time for the major.
Mongolz made them look so fraudulent. Clearly they've worked on that with JT since, but there's not much hope for the Americas to make any waves at Copenhagen at this rate. But I'll believe in Complexity before I believe in Furia.
As a TL fan happy to see TL (One of the best Tier-2 NA team) give tough competition to complexity.

Fl0m said it on his stream and I agree; the design of this RMR was so scuffed. You have the top three teams facing each other at some point even when there are weaker teams available they haven’t faced, resulting in Liquid being eliminated. Someone at PGL cooked and it tasted like dog food.

That's a very normal format, IEM Cologne and IEM Katowice play ins have that format as well. The problem is who they lost to. No qualifier/group stage of any event should allow a team a chance to play the top 2 seeds respectively.
It's not even that, it's the fact that these 2 teams had to play in the elimination game while the other 2 elimination games had far less talent across the board. It's the rankings of the teams that is the real problem.

Yekindar is nowhere near where he was in csgo, but he brought liquid to multiple finals and liquid was near always a playoff lock in big tournaments until the EU TL experiment happened. He fell off but he was good, and yes that includes while he was in liquid
I understand youre a big Yekindar fan as was I when he was on VP but hes minimal success with Liquid compared to what was expected and hes never been CLOSE to the type of impact player as he was on VP. Not even close.
Think bro. He was approaching top 5 rifler status on VP and has never been more consistent than NAF on this roster. He should be the star, far and away, even over NAF and Twistzz

@@quincylinder9738It's Liquid's fault. Should've done better before the rmr. Rankings are made according to their results before rmr by valve, so what Liquid did was not enough to get a good seeding. That's sad, but it's just a rule. We cannot overrule anything. It would look like a nepotism. Other teams won their games fair and square

Good on Complexity. As many here are saying, Elige is a beast but good team play in general. Forgive my ignorance but whoever is IGL of Liquid seemed to have no good strats to counter Complexity in the last two maps. Good team plays and strats are pivotol when the other team is implementing exactly that.
Yekindar is getting overconfident in his pushes, and Cadian's calls are not that great for some rounds.

That's because TL has 2 NA region players and 2 EU region player therefore if they get jks this team will have to run EU RMR ... hence to stay in NA RMR they need atleast 3 players for NA scene, Not that staying NA team helped them qualify for Major ... but that's the main reason for taking skullz as 5th.

JKS is the best signing on paper, as they would still play the Americas rmr if they signed him. But, they signed and paid for skullz like a week before g2 benched JKS. They paid a lot for him and I think the team still believes in eachother, so I think they won’t bench skullz. Skullz isn’t that bad, he’s not a bad anchor but his t side trading %, and overall space taking is pretty bad. If he can fix that and the team gets their shit together there isn’t a reason to get jks

Legend place depends on valve rankings which is dependent on past performances. Complexity has done decent in past few months here and there while Furia didn't qualify for katowoice Or blast showdown or even Dallas, losing to 9z. At the end of rmr, complexity had slightly more ranking points than furia ( about 40 or so).

@@jondoe384 claustrophobic AF, in 1.6 inferno was my favorites map, i never liked them even from early CSGO with many remake to CS2 its still feel claustrophobic
@@jondoe384 changes to the map that restrict a lot of the util that made inferno a good map imo, also molotov's/smokes are a lot bigger in cs2 so it's way easier to block off the T's. The whole map feels like a claustrophobic choke point
