    SASTOJCI
    500gr.krompira
    500gr. šargarepe
    Izrezati na male kockice i prokuvati u slanij vodi.
    6 mlada luka
    1 paradajz
    400gr.mlevenog mesa
    Ovo ispršiti na malo maslinovog ulja pa dodati začine
    So,biber,suvi začin.suvi prazi luk.
    Sve spojiti zajedno obareni krompir,šargarepu i izdinstani luk sa mesom u jednoj posudi.
    Zatim pripremiti bešamel sos ali sa jogurtom .
    50gr. putera
    4 kašike brašna
    300ml.mleka 500ml.jogurta
    Začine i so dodati po svom ukusu.
