Thank you for your explanation, But i wonder when u talk about the anatomy of a secondary pulmonary lobule, u say the center of the lobule is Bronchus, But i think it's actually a Bronchiole. Can you check it and answer me.
Then i do not know about the Primary pulmonary Lobule, can u talk about it?! Thank you so much.

Hi, yes you're right, bronchiole would be more accurate than bronchus. bronchiole is a smaller airway that lacks cartilage. the primary pulmonary lobule is something even smaller than the secondary lobule. it is not usually something that we can see discretely in radiology though.
