Thank you for your explanation, But i wonder when u talk about the anatomy of a secondary pulmonary lobule, u say the center of the lobule is Bronchus, But i think it's actually a Bronchiole. Can you check it and answer me. Then i do not know about the Primary pulmonary Lobule, can u talk about it?! Thank you so much.
Hi, yes you're right, bronchiole would be more accurate than bronchus. bronchiole is a smaller airway that lacks cartilage. the primary pulmonary lobule is something even smaller than the secondary lobule. it is not usually something that we can see discretely in radiology though.

Primary lobules? Not sure really but guessing like 100 thousand.
