Karen, I may be odd (and have zero art knowledge) but I love the look of beat up damaged old art pieces like the kitten one you picked up. Anybody else??
years ago I was reading an article about this famous photographer who had travelled all over the world taking photos and the interviewer asked what he planned on doing for retirement and he said " TRAVEL" ... the interviewer take aback said but you have been all over the world taking photographs . and he said yes but even though I was there I was not there I was too busy making sure the light was just right, the settings were just right the subject matter in the frame etc . This time when I travel I will NOT be bringing a camera I will be in the moment experiencing everything the sight , the sounds the smells
Right? And so many people live their lives through their cameras/phones and they don't even get paid for it. I'm one that rarely ever records anything. I'm just there experiencing in first person. 😊
I've seen some old West infamous gangster photos go at auction in the millions. Who was that? I'm thinking, Billy the Kid went for millions found in a stack at Good Will. Then you two start with the "Billy"?
Awesome video techniques today, loved the shot of you looking at the blanket and mirror, and of your husband holding the red flower pot thing at the flea market. You two are the best couple and always inspire me to get up and do some work. Thanks again for sharing!
So sweet when he was filming you! I was born in June, 1960 and the 70’s were my 10’s too. It’s so nice to say, at our age, that you guys are the cutest couple!
My mother had a frog like that next to her kitchen sink back in 1980 and I don't know how long she had it before that. I would have grabbed it but only for the memory. It was fun going along with you. Thank you!
We had a toboggan in 1963. Brand new. It was a gift from my grandparents. We’d wax the bottom. My entire family of 5 would go down the golf course hills. My dad tied it to the to the top of our old car to get it to the golf course. Definitely one of the best memories I have of my dad. He died 3 years later when I was 12 from cancer. Our neighbor was a doctor and they had an antique wheelchair that we played with. Fun! Really enjoyed this video!
So glad you bought the red macrame hanger. So much work would've gone into it and it's lovely. Love seeing all the goodies at the flea markets you go to. Thank you for sharing.
Roger is so sweet and I love the two of you together ❤ Loved this video, so many treasures - I wish I was there with you guys!!! Those pretzels would have been my undoing, YUM!!!
I like to listen to you just to listen. I’ve stopped selling on eBay for the moment but love to go shopping with you! Thank you for your attitude puts me in a good mood!
Loved all the art you picked up. They were beautiful! You & Roger are correct about PA food, certain places have that real homemade cooking. Enjoyed your video!
Yay! I'm the first one to comment!!! Love your channel, Karen!! I've been watching from Wichita, Ks for I think 4 years now! You're the best!! So positive, uplifting, light and sweet and super informative to us resellers! It's always a joy to watch you!!!! I'm The Polished Petunia on Poshmark
The perforations in the vase make it suitable for growing orchids. The macrame plant hanger was the coolest! Now I have to find some breakfast. Thanks for another fun trip!
I have my Grandma Betty’s sink frog for the dish scrubby. Grandma passed away at 94 years old back in 2013, and that was the first thing that I wanted from her home. Truly, I smile every time I look at it…
A hot bowl of soup and a warm, crispy pretzel would be a good fall dinner. The red macrame hanging would look like a piece of art with rechargeable LED spheres/orbs in it instead of plants.
Now I have to go and make me an egg sandwich!😅 I love the picture of Jesus that you bought🤩I love that it shows its age. So thank you Karen for taking me/us along with you👍❤
I always enjoy "shopping" with you and Roger but my favorite find in this video was seeing the Sun rise over a beautiful Pennsylvania farm field. The light is so golden and the Lady's garden at the first house was so lovely. I'm from PA and working my way back. Thanks for showing me what I'm working towards! 🌅
Hi Karen and Roger 🤗 I think that red macramee is just a decorative and is supposed to hang without any plants. I woud maybe put a glass orb in the middle ❤
What great sales at both the yard sale and the market! And great finds! Love you guys too and hope you have a great rest of the week into the weekend! Our island called Fox island is having their annual community garage sale this Saturday, and I planning on going. I've found so many wonderful things in the past for my home and garden. XO!
Hello! LOVE your flea marketing! Glad to hear you are headed to ROOTS, been going there since I was a little girl. My uncle had a vegetable produce stand there his entire life. Where is the wonderful yard sale you are at? It is exactly the type of yard sale I love. I love doilies and old fabrics and am SURE there are many to be had from there! You have a calm, warm inviting voice. Really enjoyed traveling along with you. 😊
In the Spring 🌱🌱🌱 the Robins sit in the Flowering Crabapple Trees and sing their little Songs. I'm in Indiana and that print brought me joy. The framed prints of JESUS brought me Joy also !! Nice Sale. Thank You Both.🙏🌄 The lovely Blue Wavy Glass Bowl might have been a Viking. When you held it up to the light; i gasped ! 😂
I used to live by a huge swap meet in Orange County CA. We went almost every weekend to by fruits, veggies, bagels etc. Best part was we could get a bratwurst and a beer at 730am lol.
I love watching both of you. You’re such a wonderful couple and you both make me laugh. I used to live in Pennsylvania and loved it. The thrift stores were great to shop in and there are so many antiques! I still have stuff from there and moved it all the way to Alaska. We don’t have thrift stores like Pennsylvania (although we do have Goodwill) but there are a lot of artists, artwork and Alaskan native hand made baskets and beadwork. Thank you for sharing your adventures. Love Anne from Alaska ❤️❤️❤️
Love, love love this video. We stopped at that yard sale one year on our way to Roots when we were on a “junkin”vacation. Great lady and love Roots. I’m so jealous you live so near to all the good picking. I really enjoy your videos (except the clothing😉, but I know some people like them). Thanks for all you do. You and Roger make such a wonderful pair❤️❤️
OMG- the crazy quilt!! (It was draped over a cabinet door, when you were stacking up the first few pieces of art). I’ve been looking for one of those for a long time. Unfortunately I didn’t realize how much I loved them until they became more scarce and expensive. I have faith that I’ll find one some day. Last year I bought a hand-pieced quilt top for $20 in Oregon.
That yard sale was fabulous I seen so many things I would buy and that was a great flea market also. I’m jealous of all good flea markets there’s nothing around me
Hi Karen and Roger. Another great video. I noticed as you went around that therd was some vintage baby clothes hanging up I always rescue them . I have a few sets. Of course I'm not trying to resell them. I just apreciate the work. Some have beautiful smocking and embroidery. I also loved the blue glass dish. Val.🐨 💟
Lol about bending down and getting up! 😅 I will be 66 on Friday and am shocked that I'm as challenged as I am with pain and maneuvering about daily life. I was sure I wouldn't be "that gal." I was thrift shopping a couple of years ago and squatted down to see what was on the bottom shelf, I couldn't get up, not even any possibility. I was stranded!😳 I had to wait until another person came by then I asked for help getting up. I'm still mortified!
The pretzels with Spicy mustard. Yummy. That wheel chair was in the show Mrs Maisel. Jane Lynch’ character was institutionalized and sitting in that chair.😊
Karen, I may be odd (and have zero art knowledge) but I love the look of beat up damaged old art pieces like the kitten one you picked up. Anybody else??
What a smart husband, pleading the fifth, saying no comment. Has such a great sense of humor!! Love you that you two make each other laugh!!
Do we love our Lord Jesus? Yes we do. ❤
Absolutely!
Karen to Roger.
"Watch me sell it"!
And she will.
You Go Girl!

You motivate me as a reseller. I’m inspired to post 5 new items at least a few times a week.
I could listen to you talk for days! I've been watching you for many years, since you first started pretty much.
Thank you!!
You guys are so hilariously funny. Primitiveness, is that a word? It is now!!❤❤❤❤
Original Watercolor, pastel, charcoal, pencil drawing are usually behind glass. Oil paintings, Acrylic paintings, no glass.
So sweet when he was filming you! I was born in June, 1960 and the 70’s were my 10’s too. It’s so nice to say, at our age, that you guys are the cutest couple!
the yard sale host is a personal friend of mine... she's a sweetheart!
She is!💜
My mother had a frog like that next to her kitchen sink back in 1980 and I don't know how long she had it before that. I would have grabbed it but only for the memory. It was fun going along with you. Thank you!
What a fun day going shopping with you two!
LOVE LOVE LOVE THAT MACRAME PLANT HANGER!
I'm always impressed at how great you look so early in the morning! :)
Right!?
Me too!
I got up at 4 😂
Great video, great shopping. You and Hubble are so funny. You guys are adorable 😉🦋

What a nice garage sale! I love when things are clean and organized.
Love the bird print & mug ❤

Always love going with you two to this market..some great treasures there. Im happy you bought the cool boho macrame hanger! ❤
Are Jesus's eyes blue 💙 I love it‼️I'm always eager for Wednesday and Sunday for your videos😘
Oh gosh!! Now I’m drooling after seeing those sandwiches and pretzels!!
Karen first time I saw you in front of the camera with the blanket. That man always smiles .😊
I’ve done a ton of in front of the camera filming but at home mostly because I don’t have someone to film me and at home I can use a tripod
Love the robin print. Grew up in Minnesota and saw robins all the time, live in DC and never see a robin.
Yes, the robins are beautiful!!
Thanks for your time and video, taking us shopping! So much to see!! I would have stayed both places for hours! You were on art today!😊
I have my Grandma Betty’s sink frog for the dish scrubby. Grandma passed away at 94 years old back in 2013, and that was the first thing that I wanted from her home. Truly, I smile every time I look at it…
I did 25 years on ebay. But I love watching you guys. You make me want to get back into the game!! 🎉
A hot bowl of soup and a warm, crispy pretzel would be a good fall dinner. The red macrame hanging would look like a piece of art with rechargeable LED spheres/orbs in it instead of plants.
Your productivity is admirable.
Now I have to go and make me an egg sandwich!😅 I love the picture of Jesus that you bought🤩I love that it shows its age. So thank you Karen for taking me/us along with you👍❤
I have learned a lot about art from your videos thank you for sharing your knowledge ❤

The beautiful old wheelchair needs to be donated to a Museum. Now, I have to go make myself a Ham & Egg sandwich!

You two were making me laugh. 😊
The child’s scooter would have looked cute with a plant on it.
I always watch karen and roger.
Love This Trip...Yes We Do~😂~•••★ Enjoy These Places🎉🎉🎉
I’m amazed by your choices n artwork. Good for you!
Good save Roger when Karen asked you if she was crazy!! LOL!!!🤣
What a beautiful place. Love their landscaping. ❤
I love all the artwork too!
Omg! I thought someone had left their baby sitting on the table! ❤😂
Me too!
The crow and corn mug is Monroe Salt Works from Maine. Normally sell for $40ish
Watercolor and pastels are usually framed with glass because of the paper medium. It was a sweet watercolor.
Another fab content video. Loved today’s journey.🥨🥓🥚🍳
Oh Wow wish I was there !!
What a good idea to put a succulent in the frog sponge holder! Now I’m going to keep my eye out for one!
The vase with slits is used for orchids.
In the Spring 🌱🌱🌱 the Robins sit in the Flowering Crabapple Trees and sing their little Songs. I'm in Indiana and that print brought me joy. The framed prints of JESUS brought me Joy also !! Nice Sale. Thank You Both.🙏🌄

That large glass based lamp could of been Murano!!! The quality was there, I believe!!!💞💞🙃💞💞
Good response roger
I used to live by a huge swap meet in Orange County CA. We went almost every weekend to by fruits, veggies, bagels etc. Best part was we could get a bratwurst and a beer at 730am lol.
The red rope hanging thingy was gorgeous, definitely worth $5.00
I've always wanted to visit that yard sale! Thanks for letting me see the yard sale !
Getting there early to a lovely set up sale. How nice.
My family had that picture of Jesus in our home since I was very little. Mom and dad are gone now, but I have His picture in my home now.
Love what you do behind the camera. But it was nice to see you “in action” 😊 You have such a nice channel😊
Hi Karen an Roger’s two of my favourite couples ,thank you for taking us with you both lv Ann uk 🐕🇬🇧🇬🇧❤️❤️❤️

Love Pioneer Woman dishes;you can mix and match all the patterns!❤Timeless if you like the country style.
Karen you look a lot like Martha Stewart and I think she’s a very beautiful woman, you two make the cutest couple! Love watching! ❤😊

This yard sale is like a little antique shop! She must be a dealer! She's got everything!
Nothing like a Roots soft pretzel, they are my favorite thing to eat there! Great video, lots of cool stuff!
Love when you visit that flea market. Like ole home week
Maybe you could add glass blown balls to the macrame hanger
those pretzels are to die for !!!
Thanks for the thrifting trip. Kinda early for me but I can watch it at my time. Thanks for sharing!
Love, love love this video. We stopped at that yard sale one year on our way to Roots when we were on a “junkin”vacation. Great lady and love Roots. My husband was originally from the east coast. He loved the big pretzels and bagels!
Watching on Patriots Day my Daughter’s 35th birthday! Hummingbird Cake.
Hummingbird cake is my favorite! My daughter makes them for me. Two layers, cream cheese frosting and even puts real roses on it.
@@janhaley1212 I make oven dried pineapple daisies, like Martha Stewart
