What did you use to “glaze” the turkey? As in what did you add to the liquid clay??

Is that liquid clay mixed with pastel?

What are the other items on the platter? I get the parsley, I think I understand the other things as halved pears. What are the last fruit/vegetable? Cranberries?
Sorry if I think pears are unconventional, (although I'd love to know how that tastes!) my own Thanksgiving platter usually has baby carrots, sliced celery, tiny creamer potatoes and sliced parsnip. And my bird is overflowing with a portion of my stuffing (there's a pot on the stove with more stuffing!) The skin on yours resembles my finished bird, I slather it with mayonnaise and sprinkle with an herb and spice mix before tenting with aluminum foil so it doesn't scorch for the duration of roasting.

I saw this photo of a real turkey on the Internet and decided to repeat it in miniature. These are pears, berries and greens😅😅
