shocking 36M. May hula na ako na may mga issues nang makita ko yung smooth granite tiles sa service gate. to be fair, good build quality, malinis, at may taste sa mga colors, indi ko lang gusto yung glossy white floor tiles ng ground floor.
1. One main impression yung pagpasok mo na parang eskinita o makipot na daan pagbukas ng main door that extends all the way to edge of the staircase.
2. Awful kitchen layout and design na masikip pagbaba mo ng hagdaan. sagad na niya dapat yung kitchen sa firewall o utility kitchen tapos helper's room sa ibabaw ng garage. Utility kitchen and washing area na yung malapit sa water tank area. bathroom ng helper sa ilalim ng water tank na doubles as outdoor CR.
3. Open lanai sana may translucent roofing, it gives an impression ng mas malaking interior space or larger floor area aside from practical talaga yun. Too big sliding doors na mabigat and too much light and opening.
4. 1:32 sobrang bare ng garden, even the plants. sana stone pathways saka more plants. isa pang open lanai sana dito next to sala area/staircase.
5. Overkill windows sa mga bedrooms, hindi dapat bababa sa waist line windows para madali lagyan ng furniture like tables cabinets.
6. 14:59 hindi maintindihan yung parang plant box sa master bedroom. balcony yata dapat yan na dapat binuo/tinapos nila considering the asking price.
