if you are in a map that gives you the opportunity to build naval units, do so. Cruisers are very good against structures.
also, a pillbox murks infantry very well

I just remember from the single player game, that artillery is pretty good against infantry.
APCs are fast and are pretty good at running over infantry
That 1st game your enemy quit the game to get the Achievement for "Friends", its where you play a game with someone and never attack. Game has to go at least 1 minute in.

Tanks do double damage against stationary targets, notice how hard even the light tanks hit when they shoot a stationary medium.
Also you should micro the harvesters for the gems.

If you keep moving your tanks while they're in battle with other tanks, you can dodge some of the enemy tanks projectiles.
Basically stutter step them. Attack, move, attack, move.
Also Beasty you can Alt + click on infantry with tanks to run them over rather than trying to click past them, can be useful in some situations
I had really good memories of Red Alert 2 from my childhood. After watching beasty play THIS game, I decided to buy it and give it a try. Being master 1 in SC2, I was hoping for some nice nostalgic experience with the new RTS skill and mindset... But the controls in this game and units' responsiveness felt so frustrating, I had to refund the game. I guess I'll just watch beasty instead haha it honestly looks way more fun than it plays.
If i am not wrong, when you press alt you can move in to unitsto kill them
I seem to remember the light tanks in this game being gods. I think if you give the attack command as they transition between squares (the map is made up of invisible squares) so that they never stop, then they almost cant be hit by other tank shots.
They're indeed hard to hit, but as this video shows, that doesn't matter if the enemy just rocks right by them and trashes your base/trucks.
As such, their usefulness is pretty much proportionate to how quickly an enemy can just wreck your base.

I remember if you lost Construction yard, you can rebuild it through MCV from War factory. But to buy it, you need a Service depot first
building multiple construction yards lets you build things faster
There are no better defense as allies. Soviets have better offence and defence, allies has mobility. Nukes kill power plants (if they cluster power plants, it's GG if you nuke 'em). IIRC, the old meta was spam heavy tanks from multiple war factories as soviets. Switch factions if you want to be #1 ;)
I think the old meta will change with the new blood; and the new meta is far from settled. I'd wait a number of months before I think things are really settled to a degree I would be trusting anything based on 'meta'. Even with old unit balancing; the thing with hotkey additions and micro helps changes the dynamics of whole armies and some. Making some builds more viable than they once were at higher levels.
Beastyqt is GOD, even considering good RA players are not that many compared with SC2.
Wonder why Beastyqt did not play professionally like Neeb does.
Dev says they are optimising cause multiplayer still has a lot of issues. Slow connection speed is just one of them.

allies is better, light tanks are op, stupid fast, highest dps, you can just run away from any engagement you don't want. But you need to build some boats, those are stupid.
also if memory serves me correct you can ad an eingeer into an apcc the it auto repairs nearby tanks? or maybe that was red alert 2? I can't remember.

Why dont you go for mammoth tank? havent played thios game in over 20 years but i do remember that OP tank tho
They are terrible in 1v1 games, too expensive, too slow and you need to spend a lot of money on the tech to be able to make them.
Mammoth tanks are only useful on large maps, where funds aren't as big an issue and the threat of airpower becomes a real pain.
1 vs. 1, you want to attack as quickly as possible.
I support beasty cause I love his Sc2 content. I love you beasty. Otherwise I don't watch this shizzz haha. :)

you should read the advice people leave on youtube like on how to do direct dmg with the tanks and how to make infantry dodge being run over xd

Yes, though it hits diminishing returns pretty quick.

Why do you keep bulding these medium tanks, from you games seems like these light tanks are way better.
Light tanks have less hit points and do less damage, but they move faster and are cheaper
