- We're thrilled to introduce our new Artists' Guitar Program!
*You won't own it, but this initiative allows two talented musicians to use the guitar featured in this video for six months each. See our website for full T&Cs.
The program is open to musicians aged 16 and over who reside on the UK mainland. Whether you're an aspiring professional or a dedicated hobbyist, we want to hear your story and see your talent.

I'm just an amateur, but good for you, Rosie. A great opportunity for someone as well as getting your name where it deserves to be.
This is a wonderful idea and such a beautiful looking and sounding instrument. I’m not a professional musician but have played on and off with my band which we formed at school over 40 years ago. We are about to do some more recording this winter to complete our first album. I’m also working on some solo pieces which I’d love to record with this so I will be getting to work on the application straightaway!

Great sounding guitar....got the bottom end. Darker sound of mahogony.. I like this one! Kind of a vintage sound. Doesn't have the overtones of the rosewood body. Nice sustain.
Beautiful sustain on this guitar really nice tone I also love the grain on the Cuban mahogany 🤩👍.

I can imagine if small bench builders offered paired back range of their guitars, it would be very difficult to compete on cost with boutique builders like Collings and Bourgeois. Even custom options from Martin, Taylor and now European builders like Furch and Dowina?
It’s true, competing on cost with the big names can feel like trying to win the Tour de France on a tricycle. But we believe our meticulous craftsmanship, attention to detail, and personal connection with each instrument offers something different that might mean we're in a different race altogether. I take cheap guitar's and make them play like 10 thousand dollar guitars. It's possible. With the humidity we are now experiencing, i wouldn't own such an expensive one. I definitely give away a lot of them.

We understand that this can make them less accessible to many working musicians which is why we've launched The Artists' Guitar Program, which allows talented musicians to borrow one of our boutique guitars for six months at no cost. This way, we hope to make our instruments more accessible to a wider range of artists, regardless of their financial situation.

There are plenty of more realistically priced makers around. As fine and beautiful as these guitars are, they are too much of a liability to play and own for most jobbing players.

People who can afford these guitars don´t give a thought on the problems of working people. And they have nothing to say and cannot compose well. They never will, with all their money and super guitars, write like Roger Waters
