Hi this is so great 👍🏼 you and the Hubby are amazing. I'm gonna convert a shed like it's a mobile van. I've been toying with a way to groom at home but have a shop that isn't "in" my home. I went to a grooming expo. took as many classes over the 3 days. Your video is like 1 of those classes - cheers 😊
Thank you so much for watching and your kind comment!! I love hearing how you have found a way to make your dream come true! There is a facebook page called Tiny Grooming Salons which you may find helpful! Sending my love! Also, I'd love if you could keep me updated on your salon progress!
Wow you were so informative, thank you so much, as a beginner it was quiet stressing as to what all I will need to start the grooming business... thank you once again.
Great job on this video you were thorough and clear ... i live in NJ and i am dying for a grooming van ... it is my goal eventually but $$$ is tight right now 😢 but thank you so much and best wishes with your business !!! 😊
Hiii savanna.please make one video to show entire van interior. How it looks and also will be helpful if you tell us the measurements of accessories used
Hi! I just started working in a mobile van & the owner is allowing me to add anything else I might need (supplies, hooks, anything helpful) so a supplies video would be great!
We used 55 gallon drums (plastic) that we made into water tanks. SO much cheaper than RV water tanks etc. We got ours off a farmer $50 for both. Planning to make a video on how we made them :)
Saving and supplying myself, preparing to eventually go off on my own for Moble (currently working for someone in a salon). Just bought my own table (1,500$ with shipping & tax). I'm holding off on the actual van & everything big till after I go through schooling to be certified as a professional dog trainer. (Nat K9 school of Ohio) How would you go for drainage? For a bigger hairy dogs that like to hang their head & front feet over the tub & drip all over the floor?
That’s a great way to go about your conversion! That’s a good question about the drainage... I’m not sure if I would want to cut a hole in my working area for drainage. I could see their being issues with the cold where I am etc. When I personally do big dogs that make a mess with the water or hang their heads over like you explained I just lay down towels on the ground. If it gets really messy you could squeegee the water out of your door? Hope that was somewhat helpful!
