exactly, i dunno how and why ppl can take so much CC loan debts to go travelling especially to expensive countries mcm Europe. Some ppl face value, nak upload their lifestyle, padahal, hujung bulan kena bayar semua ni..
Imagine if gov mandate for banks to advertise personal loans & credit card using their actual annualised rate, that would cut down a lot of bankrupt cases, but probably also put banks out of business
Flat rate for cc and personal loan is not the same as effective rate for mortgage. And the interest for cc is calculated daily, very damaging for your wallet.
Understand Makeover Guys don't do wet work. If I need to reno my condo more than 20 yrs all the while rented out. As such I think I need to redo the flooring, toilets tiles etc is there another company Makeover Guys hv that do wet works?
