Thanks for following along on the journey Ed!
Trains, Boats, and Automobiles 👌👍❤️
Thanks for watching John
I have bee into this spot many times. One of my favorite places to stop and watch the trains go by when I am traveling through the Canyon. Thanks for the video.
Thanks Gord for watching todays video, glad to hear you know this place, very cool spot!
@@TracksideTyson I usually drive in on the road below where the guy was walking. Now I will have to look into going on top like you did. Great videos.
@@gordlowe3098 That’s the old cariboo highway. down there. Easiest way to the top is parking on hwy1 just east of the tunnel on the hwy, there you will find a hiking trail with a rope to climb!
Awesome train footage!!
Thank you for watching!
I finally did the hike up to this spot. Very cool. Thanks for the inspiration.
Awesome! Did you see any trains from up there? Thanks for the comment John.
Yes. I chose the spot for the Rocky Mountaineer. Sadly those trees are making shooting from ground level harder to get the tunnel.
Great shot Tyson
Thanks for the comment Ronald
شكرا لك ممتاز جدا 🌹🥀👍
Thank you 🙏 🇨🇦
Great video. The first CP train was 175 cars long. That is a lot of slack that needs to be kept under control. Cool footage of the Old Cariboo Highway.
Draft gears help
Thanks for watching John
Legal Tyson, TOP 💫💯💫
Thank you!
Amazing video !! Very nice !..
Thanks for watching todays video!
Oh I just love your videos! I love the scenery and then to top it off a train pops out of a tunnel. Magnificent!
Thanks Valerie I always look forward to your comments, have a great day!
Nice video
Good videoooooooooooo 👍
Thank you for watching today Juan 👍🏼
There sure is more freight moved by train in the Rockies than truck . I think I seen one empty truck during the whole video . Sure not that way in Ontario. Thanks for the video
This was taken on a weekend, truck traffic is certainly heavier during the week.
TT...Allow me a moment of rhetorical excess: Let no one
call you a "trainspotter" or "railfanner"---you are a cinematographer
or, dare I say, an artist. With beautiful B.C. as a backdrop, you
repeatedly make trains seem part of the landscape. It's akin to
viewing a giant HO layout (the mountains, the highway, the train,
the tunnels, the side road, the river/lake/wildlife), except that
it's real and kinetic. Your viewers are never disappointed. Please
forgive my blubbering, but it's sincere. Thank you for all the time
and effort you spend doing this!
Well said 👌👍
Nice location to shoot from. Where does the road that is left of the tracks go? Obviously going through another tunnel under you. Really nice.
That is the old cariboo highway!
Not a lot of overhead clearance with the stacks. Don’t see two mid remotes that often. They will add a second lead at Geddis.
True, thanks for watching and commenting Doug
Is that Sailor Bar Tunnel
Yale tunnel, Sailor bar is a little further east.
HUGE. TRAIN....VERY. LARGE....IS. THE. FIRT IN. LARGE...HOW. MANY. CAR. ????
Thank you for watching 🙏
