Looks great, I have one myself. nice flight, how did your front gear hold up on that hard landing? Its got weak front gear and idk why they haven't fixed that on this version or the older model.
It seems fine , still works , I was not super impressed when the front gear retracted with no power , to much mechanical advantage back against servo …… That was the first landing that was rough , with X wind from my back
@@ironmover5800 it has a mushy landing gear in the front so if you ever fly it on grass it wont be as good. Im going to do my maiden soon when the weather gets better. I posted a complete setup vide thus far
@@ironmover5800 just wondering bud, I have the same bird and the previous version and the front gear is mushy and is only made for water and hard top landing and if you do it on grassops it will retract down. Just wondering.
Outstanding man! This one is old school but it is a great flyer. If you get a chance to use a boat ramp it is the bomb!
I’m looking for boat launches that are safe to fly from , before winter actually hits and water freezes
