His damage is quite underwhelming, it looks good on paper but it really isn’t that good in reality. His ult is the only thing that really hits decently. Not worth building over others.
You cannot compare him to an attacker, because he's a breaker, after all. Although he stacks with ATK, you would gear him Greed, to boost his breaking capability. He's a great breaker, by the way.
