Cambria I have no idea why you wouldn't like this video! It's honestly one of my favourites, A few days ago my long term boyfriend and I broke up. It's tearing me apart but I know everyday is a new day and my happiness should continue no matter what- yes I letting myself feel emotion is healthy but I can't let my Year and days be ruined. Your effort in the editing, and everything you said in this video really shows all the effort and thought you put into this video. I saw your snap and I know you were feeling down about putting this video up late, but honestly don't feel down. This video is an important reminder that we need to have a fresh start at the beginning of every single day. We all have to choose joy as you mentioned and not choose stress. We all have to choose to slow down our lives when it gets busy. It is a conscious decision that we all have to make each day when we wake up and not just something that we decide to do as our new year goal in January and then forget about. Honestly this video is an important reminder for that, and I know for sure I will be rewatching this video at the beginning of every month to make sure that I am in check. Hi Cambria, I love this video, I've been stressing out the last couple of months... my job has gotten worse as a toxic environment, it's getting to the point where I don't even wanna get out of bed to go to work, the kids I take care of push me to get outta bed. My job consists of me getting yelled at, sarcastic remarks and answers and just never being told I'm doing a good job. I'm looking for a job else where and I'm waiting for a call, I've been praying every night hoping I get a call soon. As the days go by I get discouraged because I still haven't gotten a call. I hope things start to turn around for me and I'll be in a job where I'll be respected because I need to also learn not only to respect my self but to know it's okay to be respected by others. i don't know why but this video made me so emotional..... I think in 2016 I was to hard on my self and pushed my self to far with unrealistic goals, come the end of the year I was so disappointed and disheartened that I didn't achieve much but not only that I felt emotionally and physically drained. I continued being like this into 2017, honestly this video made me stop and think about what I truly want to do and achieve this year. thank you for posting this video.

Cambria I have no idea why you wouldn't like this video! It's honestly one of my favourites, A few days ago my long term boyfriend and I broke up. It's tearing me apart but I know everyday is a new day and my happiness should continue no matter what- yes I letting myself feel emotion is healthy but I can't let my Year and days be ruined. He and I wouldn't want that.

Cambria! First off I wanted to say thank you! Thank you for all the hard work you do! Your effort in the editing, and everything you said in this video really shows all the effort and thought you put into this video. I saw your snap and I know you were feeling down about putting this video up late, but honestly don't feel down. This video is an important reminder that we need to have a fresh start at the beginning of every single day. We all have to choose joy as you mentioned and not choose stress. We all have to choose to slow down our lives when it gets busy. It is a conscious decision that we all have to make each day when we wake up and not just something that we decide to do as our new year goal in January and then forget about. Honestly this video is an important reminder for that, and I know for sure I will be rewatching this video at the beginning of every month to make sure that I am in check. I know it can be stressful that it didn't go up at the time you wanted, but God had a different plan and different timing. This video really helped me and I am sure it helped others.

I saw on snapchat a few days ago that you were stressed out especially about putting this video up when its February and you make references to January. It may seem off, but to me I find it brilliant! A lot of people are motivated in January because they seek it. However, as soon as the month ends it seems to be easy to slip back in to old habits. I was having an overwhelming day where the last comment about my appearance was the last straw that left me crying about EVERY personal issue i never dealt with properly. But after watching this, i told myself it was okay to cry and to be sad and that i would take care of myself again. Hi Cambria, I love this video, I've been stressing out the last couple of months... my job has gotten worse as a toxic environment, it's getting to the point where I don't even wanna get out of bed to go to work, the kids I take care of push me to get outta bed. My job consists of me getting yelled at, sarcastic remarks and answers and just never being told I'm doing a good job. I'm looking for a job else where and I'm waiting for a call, I've been praying every night hoping I get a call soon. As the days go by I get discouraged because I still haven't gotten a call. I hope things start to turn around for me and I'll be in a job where I'll be respected because I need to also learn not only to respect my self but to know it's okay to be respected by others. i don't know why but this video made me so emotional..... I think in 2016 I was to hard on my self and pushed my self to far with unrealistic goals, come the end of the year I was so disappointed and disheartened that I didn't achieve much but not only that I felt emotionally and physically drained. I continued being like this into 2017, honestly this video made me stop and think about what I truly want to do and achieve this year. thank you for posting this video.
