Pluto opposite Venus retrograde
I just accepted I will have this for the rest of my life. I wish there was more research on this, but unless the remedy is a big money maker, it's not happening.

I have felt the same, that I will never overcome it. However more I understand it, more I move out from it. And it is not a linear process. Just like life is and how trauma works.
Limerence is being/existing/living outside myself. Because it is too scary to be inside, it is bringing the focus, the love, the responsibility and the healing outside the self. Disempowering and victimizing.
I really hope the teachings in these group calls will be around this foundation and will bring people back into themselves instead of collectively obsessing over theory and self victimization otherwise instead of being helpful it will be harmful as it will put a halt on their work and growth.
Limerence being a result of trauma and difficulty to love oneself beyond the awareness which obviously is the first step there is a need for trauma release, ans regulation, grief work and serious focus on universal love cultivation within.
Bringing connection, feeling seen and held, making friends even if it will be trauma bonding is a good little step into trauma healing through love and connection and the sense of safety it brings.
I just wish more people would be able to see limerence and obsession for what it is instead of using it as another “useful” label to disempower themselves and victimize themselves. The focus should be on cultivating the true universal love within, releasing insecurities, toxic shame, fears that feed limerance instead of focusing and feeding all the energy within the limerence, obsession and trauma itself.
Love and grief through love and heart practices is the way.
There is a huge difference between grieving all that is lost that had to happen and did not as much what should not had but did…and being stuck in trauma story. These are opposites. One is liberating, the other destructing.
I really hope these groups will be a safe space to acknowledge losses and grieve them instead of collective resistance to the obsession and limerence that are just results of unprocessed trauma and grief.

Gabor Mate is all over the place telling how being too king will ultimately kill you, and he is right in what he explains, except that a person can not be considered truly kind when they are kind with everyone but themselves.

@@gunarasnaca6130 I had 27yrs of therapy. Most of my therapists dismissed it. The closest relief I've had was after a microdose ketamine treatment. That's why I know I can't think my way out of it. Maybe there's hope with psychedelics for me, but beyond that, it's not something I can think my way out of. For me, it's way more complicated. I'm not afraid to go internal at all and don't see myself as a victim anymore. It's just my main coping mechanism.
I am going through this right now. Assuming the eclipse will remove it for me.
