I’m eighteen, I started budding at nine and since then, I’ve had severe breast pain, discomfort, tenderness, and heaviness. My doctors dismiss it because I’m autistic so I’m prone to be “hypersensitive”. They haven’t even referred me to a gynecologist. They hurt most when they move and I can only wear a sports bra because any boning is very painful. I also can’t take the bra off for longer than it takes to shower, because free movement is also very painful.

@@HealthyStylish No, am not married. God helped me figure out what was wrong. There was no lump I showed it to a gynecologist and a general surgeon both were like there is nothing to worry about and asked me to take evening primrose oil 1000mg. But then pain was still there and it was scaring me. Then I went to church one day there is gynecologist in our church I just showed him the case paper of other doctors he too said eat the tablets recommended to me by other doctors and let's see if the pain goes away as there is no lump Indian doctors don't recommend mamo right away. But for some reason while talking I shared with him the fact that I am vegetarian and that I feel like I have some deficiency may be iodine because a RUclips video mentioned about breast pain caused by iodine deficiency, this was a info I did not share with the previous doctors he told me not iodine but check your B12 and it clicked I know vegans have that deficiency but am a vegetarian who eats dairy products and also for last 2 years I was eating eggs as well so I thought I was safe in that area but no I was not, the test the numbers were very low so low that I could have had my brain damaged. After the 3rd injection of b12 deficiency treatment my breast pain was healed completely gone. I am grateful that God showed me what was wrong 🙏 . Hope you too get healed if you have pain 😊
