@@kevinkline6835 WOW! Hahaha! Yeah, I could see how it would be easy to do. I wanted to buy that stuffed bat soooo bad! It was 150 bucks but the taxidermy was done so well for such a delicate little creature. Looked like he was alive
@@meandmyshadow6269 Yeah it was really cool. The tarantula too. I could send ya a bat if ya want. They fly around the street light in front of the house. LOL Just kiddin I don't want to hurt the lil buggers. Lil buggers get it. Ha Ha Ha
Wow, that was a lot of cool specimens, I’d love to attend a mineral or artifact show one day, what was that bat made from? That was pretty neat, thanks for sharing Bud, God Bless & GL&HH!!👊🏹
There was too much to even see in one day. I didn't even film half the stuff there. The bat was made from gen-yoo-wine bat I believe, lol! It was the coolest looking critter I've seen in a long time. It was an African bat of some kind. It almost looked more moth than bat. I wanted to buy it but it was marked at 150 bucks. Could not afford. Thanks for dropping by, Bucky! I saw that creek fishing video you did the other day. You were slaying them bass. I also love creek fishing. Bank fishing in general
@@thegeorgiacreekwalker491 The fish bass you were pulling were especially beautiful. That must be a good creek. They all had great color and looked fairly healthy
@@Ontario_Rockhound was hoping you'd get to see this video! I wish I would have spent more time filming the raw, untreated specimens but I kept getting distracted by shiny things, lol
Well, to be honest, I've never found anything of a tremendous amount of measurable value. The real treasure I've found over the years is the memories, the fun, and being outside enjoying God's creation. Now, just so I don't leave you too bored with such cliche answer, a few cool things that may have some value are a few of my arrowheads like the Agate Basin I found a couple years ago. In metal detecting I dug up a solid silver mint julip cup made in Boston in the 1850s. That was pretty neat. Probably the most valuable coin I've ever dug up was a 1911 Barber Dime. It's probably only worth 70 to 100 bucks but it's still my most valuable coin that I know of. Thanks Alan!
