Hey, I found this on their website: “You must be a Canadian citizen or have Permanent Resident status by the application deadline of October 1. Additionally, you must have lived in Canada for at least three years of your life prior to August 1 of the year in which admission is being sought.”

Honestly the undergrad doesn’t matter, only your grades do so choose the one you’re more interested in AND can do better in
