I like you videos, they are informative. I am living in Germany, I am on blue card for last 2 years, recently I applied for gold amex and got rejection. Do we need PR to apply for gold card? How should I proceed, I am interested to collect membership points? I currently hold payback amex card and TF card.

PR could be a factor, but there are other considerations like your Schufa score and history with AMEX. I'd recommend getting a free Schufa report to check your current credit score.
