story #4, OP was NOT TAH is taking a sick child on the plane. OP was NOT the child's PARENT. Maybe the PARENTS of the sick child should have reconsidered their flight instead of FORCING THEIR STEP/DAUGHTER to be 'mom' to a sick youngster.
