You know I never understood what Frank and Marie had against Warren and Lois. They were always so nice, polite, and respectful toward them. Especially when compared to Hank and Pat. In fact I can't recall Warren or Lois saying one unkind or rude thing to either one of them yet Marie mocked their divorce by saying they would burn in hell for it and Frank...Well Frank is mean and rude to everyone so I guess I can understand his behavior toward them, it's because he's like that with everyone. But Marie didn't even want the family to spend Christmas with them.
Honestly, it might be because they knew Warren and Lois were fakes. Frank and Marie actually have a stable marriage because they're not afraid of fighting, getting it out in the open, and eventually getting passed it. Warren and Lois just hid their problems, which is probably why their marriage ended in divorce.
Debra knew that her parents were arguing and going to marriage counseling because Ray told her and he heard them and was hiding in the garage. When Debra's parents went to marriage counseling in New Jersey they got divorced. Her parents have been married for 41 years they should've been together and got back together. Ray's parents should get separated because they have problems, Marie has problems with Frank being stubborn, lazy, not a safe driver, and opening his pants. Frank has problems with Marie being pushy and being a nag. Marie and Frank kinda more go well together. They got separated when Ray and Robert were kids. I felt bad that Debra's parents got separated. Even though Debra's parents were miserable with each other and not well together. They should've got back together so Debra wouldn't be upset.
Frank and Marie were honest with each other, which brought up anger, but they were generally okay with each other. Most of what is seen is a lot of yelling, but there are probably many moments of peace, especially when Frank went to The Lodge. Warren and Debra's mother (blanking on her name) have pent up resentment, which, to me, seems more volatile. Debra's mother was about to go on a swearing barrage in this clip because she's so furious. Maybe they could've worked things out, but at this point, it wasn't about their children, despite the impending divorce having an effect on Debra
Now they're arguing in heaven along with Ray's parents. R.I.P. to all
"Well pucker up Warren, because here it comes!" LMAO that line cracks me up every time 😂

Your insane whistling ! Lmfao priceless
Not sure why TV shows portray marriage counseling as a bad thing, many happily married couples go to counseling.
Sure they do

Because Marie was conservative and not fond of the left hip life style of Warren and Lois.
@@brianmobius7730 Huh...I guess that makes sense. Luckily not all conservatives are like her.
Because they feel less than them

@@ASLunar Also they hated the fact that they were so pretentious and put on a facade of being so being so edgy, like they don't act their age.
Debra: I should tell my sister Angela but that requires Judith Light
Had no idea this was the dude from Columbo.

I would feel weird if yelling happened in front of everyone
