EPD, MPW, ENB, MO ENB IIPR VICI VZ RIO andLYB, are the higher yielding stocks in my portfolio. Though I don't think chasing yield for the sake of chasing yield is a good idea I think you can select higher yield in good companies especially now as we enter what appears to be a recession. High yield dividends is the deal forever! We all need money faster than those under 2 % yields. Will be waiting quite some time for the yield-on-cost to be meaningful with AAPL, but I am fine waiting!

No worries for me, I don't try to time the market. When I see that stock drops below its fair value with some margin of safety - I buy. Past 2-3 months have been huge shopping spree for me. some of my picks are VOO, BRK-A, AAPL, IVV, NYSE, NASDAQ, TSLA, I've gotten 85% return so far this year, I'll see where it goes... fingers crossed

For growths companies, aside from the big tech, I personally like OLED and ALGN, both growing fast and have perfect balance sheets, as a result of wide moat. Also both stocks are down like 70% from 2021 highs.

I am in my 40s looking for different avenues to invest I found myself a good broker referred by big sharks in stock market, she grew my savings from quarter a million to a million dollars in the first 3 months of the year, if you are looking to diversify do it now you are never too old.

Thanks a lot for the content. Always great. I see the past history trend and I understand their significance. As shown, after a bad year, there always come a good year. However, the history also shows us that the market never bottom before a recession and as the recession should happen in 2023. History sometimes shows conflicting data. Not sure how to position myself for next year. Buy now because next year should see share price growth ? Stay prudent and keep a good chunk of cash to buy when the recession will hit? Also history shows that the markets have always a few months of advance versus what happens in the economy. So it is always difficult to decide what to do!!
