I made one of my favorite cakes, Suchosaeng, at home!

*Recipe for fresh chocolate cream in the video
-Materials: 54.5% 80g dark Couverture, 70.5% 80g dark Couverture, 480ml animal whipped cream
1. Double boil two different types of dark couverture.
(temperature is less than 40 degrees)
2. Microwave the whipped cream (to the point where it's slightly steaming)
3. Mix 1 and 2 little by little (stir from the inside to the outside with the cream in the center)
4. 90-100% whipping after refrigeration for at least 3 hours
