Compared to the Atlantis - I've only ever used the original style Atlantis pendulum with a fixed foot plate and no band pegs. The Atlantis pendulum is an awesome piece of kit either way. I see the new Atlantis Pendulum Pro has adjustable foot plate and band peg options as well now. They both are built extremely well and both are smooth as. The Team at citadel where amazing with getting me my pendulum, the turn around times where a fraction than importing one from Canada or Croatia (I've haven't had the pleasure of using a predator one yet) I've not used the citadel hip press either sorry :(

hey mate, how does this compare to the atlantis or predator strength? Additionally, how is their hip press machine?
