This thing fries my head. It's got to be an absolutely awful road car - because it's not a road car. It's a race car that happens to wear licence plates. The cabin is crazy tight, the ride bloody jarring, nowhere to put anything and don't even get me started on that gearbox whine. It absolutely makes no sense whatsoever. But I love it and I'm glad that Aston Martin had the balls to see it through and build it, even if it is completely daft.
I feel like the Gordon Murray's T50 will do almost everything this does, better. It'll sound even better, it'll be more manageable, it'll have a manual shifter, it'll be comfortable, it won't be horrendously cramped....etc. And yet...I'd still take this...I think...probably? I mean, look at it for one thing. Gordon Murray does not make beautiful cars - the F1 was not beautiful, nor is the T50. But the Valkyrie is both beautiful and crazy-looking. I still think the names should've been swapped on the models and this should have been called Valhalla instead, simply because it sounds like the kind of heaven that bloodthirsty, sturm-und-drang warriors would go to.
I’d buy this „car“ - If you can even call it a car - in a heartbeat! The sheer craziness, loudness, road presence and all of that without worrying to be pulled over for driving an illegal car is just amazing! Also much better than the amg one of you ask me.
I think the AMG one buyers needed to have a lot more patience and the first press days where total disaster with the car. As far as I know this project has gone well

Aston Martin has once again proven that exceptional design doesn't have to be polarizing (in a good way) - the curves of this automotive work of art are so dynamic, fluid, aesthetic...truly a car to beguile the senses! Add to that the fact that the Vakyrie AMR PRO could theoretically drive upside down on the ceiling which is just incredible....a true masterpiece of engineering art PS What is the name of the song starting at 03:12 in the video? I love the song choice!

P.S.: Haha, the old lady was the first to follow with phone, love it :DD
Beautiful car, awesome in every sense but so frustrating to drive! I bought 2 brand new RS3s (8p & 8v) and was never able to really explore the capability of the car on UK roads. In the end I opted for high torque diesel cars as they offer you insane acceleration without all the fuss. Having said that, the Valkyrie is one stunning machine.

Cabin noise is equivalent to driving in first gear in any normal car. Magnificent machine but it’s a racing car more than a road car.
