Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox is a direct-to-video animated film adaptation of the 2011 comic book crossover "Flashpoint" by Geoff Johns and Andy Kubert. It is scripted by Jim Krieg and directed by Jay Oliva. The film stars Justin Chambers as Barry Allen / Flash, C. Thomas Howell as Eobard Thawne / Professor Zoom, Michael B. Jordan as Victor Stone / Cyborg, and Kevin McKidd as Thomas Wayne / Batman. The film also sees actors reprising roles from other DC Animated properties, including Kevin Conroy as Bruce Wayne / Batman, Nathan Fillion as Hal Jordan / Green Lantern, Ron Perlman as Deathstroke, Dana Delany as Lois Lane, Vanessa Marshall as Princess Diana / Wonder Woman and Dee Bradley Baker as Etrigan.

This version of Batman started Batmaning when he was significantly older, like at the age of 40, so he didn't have the time or body to train in martial arts like Bruce did, who started training at the age of 10. That's why he uses guns because he physically can't keep up with the motion of the fight, but I still want to see how he became Batman.
Like the whole reason why Bruce chose a Bat themed costume is because he himself is afraid of bats and wants his victims to share that same fear, but how did Thomas get to that conclusion????

He's right. The war was over and everyone did lose. He knew from the beginning that the flash creating another Flashpoint was the only way save the world.
He didn't know anything about the Flash at this point cause he hadn't met Barry yet, he just knew they couldn't beat Aquaman and WW, so he wasn't about to try.

Damn, this is so Dark and Gritty. Dr. Thomas Wayne 's variation of Batman really gives the Punisher vibe a good kick in ! His anti heroic brutality and methods would have saved a lotta lives! And also worth noting that Martha Wayne in this universe is the Joker is freaking sick! Love this Batman!

This incarnation of Batman is definitely in my top five.
What no one realized about this universe aside from the fact that it was a result of Barry Allen changing the timeline, it was the fact that Bruce's parents took on their new personas for their own reasons.
Thomas Wayne as a father wanted his son to grow up and be strong so that he could tackle the worst that the world threw at him and to conquer his fears and see him grow.
Seeing his son get gunned down sent him into a rage that no one should experience he took the mantle of the Batman because I'm doing so, keeping his son's fear alive was keeping his son alive.
Martha Wayne saw her son as a sweet and innocent child. Always smiling and always laughing. But holding her son's bloody corpse in her arms caused her to break and mentally and emotionally. Sending her down the path that turned her into the Joker. But the reason why she kept smiling wasn't only because she was a psychopath, it was to keep the memories she held of her son's laughter and smile alive.
So in this universe he's son gets killed?

it seems to me from the dialogue between Thomas and Cyborg that Batman didn't start out killing in the flashpoint paradox, he just slowly went down that road

Nah. If it was Bruce killing, then sure. But Thomas is so far below Bruce in skill, resources, intellect, strategy. Sure, he has the brute force nature and will, but he’s much more likely to die or fail as a result of him not being on par with Bruce. Bruce takes this yo-yo chick in seconds. Thomas struggles. There’s no way to clean up crime by whooping criminal’s asses. Ruling through fear only creates a more dangerous condition and villains.
This would be Batman if he were real. No code of never killing, uses firearms in a frontal assault, street fighter tactics instead of mastery of all martial arts, and street smarts instead of genius level intellect. The OG Batman will forever be my childhood, but this would be the actual Batman if he were real.

On Justice league, flashpoint paradox, this Batman character is much more brutal than the one I remembered back on Batman, the animated series during the time that Bruce Wayne was once a crime fighter during that era, because this one is from another world, and this one is Thomas Wayne.

I wish this version would happen again, only it has three armies ready to control earth. Diana and the women, Arthur and the men, and Batman with everyone else in the middle. I can see the tension, love, despair, rage, and conflict lasting longer than blowing up the earth.
