The wheels are amazing, it contrasts the black and makes it look so nice, especially when lowered! 🔥🔥🔥 Wheels are gonna be a pain to keep clean though, fitment looks very good. Blayde smashed this one, love the EP3!
Love the ep3, best episode to date, the wheels do really set it off, will this be going up for sale? Would love to see another jdm series following this like an evo or Subaru
I'm not normally a fan if these civics but I think this one looks wicked, I really like it, I'd love you guys to get a audi a3 8p sline as I own one and would love to see what you do to it😂
found your channel wile looking for videos to help me restore my EP1, love the music beds too, be great to see the "day in the bay" to bring it back to life
If you care about how your car handles, the worst thing you can do to an EP3 is lower it so much. They suffer from bump steer at the standard height, never mind with this much drop. Running this low completely messes with the roll center. Interested to know how this handles down a bumpy country road. Not sure I agree with rolling the arches of a very clean Premier edition either.
Ur gonna need to raise them up wince they settle in abit. Personally I think it’s way to low. I have the advance Z on mine and feeling just like stock, got them set half way and handles great. Leave them rear arch liners out unless u like rust
yea i think he over did it. shouldnt have rolled his fenders but im dead against rolling fenders lol. could never do that to my car. plus i hear these cars don't take well to being slammed with the tie rod angle
@@ClanOxyL bump steer is can be a nightmare if not set up properly. U can fit inverted tie rods but doesn’t always help. Can also fit a rack raiser to level the arms but again not always a great help, some ppl including cup cars run the raiser upside down. Mine doesn’t seem to have these issues and I don’t have any of the above. I do have extended ball joints which help correct suspension angle and bumper steer
no one talks about the exhaust hanging. its so annoying driving everywhere and the exhaust scrapping the ground over minor bumps lmao, god knows what was going on in hondas mind when they made the older civics with no exhaust tunnels haha
7:11 brooo why do people do this? brand new part but leaves the old crusty disgusting top hat. Didnt want to spend 3 minutes knocking off that rust and giving it a squirt with some black paint ? I mean not my car so whatever but man should always refresh parts that you take out and put back in in my opinion. And the fender rolling gawd that makes me wince. officially molested the car lol. It's yours though and is nice looking

Had one of these back in the day. Probs my fave hot hatch. Love seeing one getting some love!
Great watch as always I'm really enjoying these episodes. Good choice of wheels and suspension set up. Car looks so much better after the detail too.
Thanks! 👍
Love the look. Came out a lot better than I expected
Another great episode on the Civic from Blade. Great upgrade.

Doing the same with mine in the new year. It looks sooo much better on coilovers and a set of nice wheels. Lavely
Good luck 👍🏽
That shot up on the ramp 😍
did you end up changing the tie rods? im getting the flex z for my si
After seeing how that sits, it’s the only time I’ve ever fancied owning one 🤭
Agree, the EP3 does look so much better now 👍🏽
At right height it looks good but with a lower stance it's a whole different look, it really looks badass
Very nice, ive just ordered the same coilovers! What are the alloys specs please blade?
What is your tyre size and how much low you go? Thank you i’m running 225-45-17 and idk if 30mm will be good or not
When will this be for sale? I'd like to buy that, looks like a nice car!
Just recently put my ep3 on coilovers, did you have to use extented tie rod ends in the front? Any help is appreciated!

Is that the highest setting on the tein coil overs?
Copper grease isn't used on modern brakes because the copper tend to interfere with the abs signal.
Old suspensions need the update

What are the wheel specs??
You should get an E63 W211 or perhaps E55 w211. 😏

215/40/17 tyres all round
wheels 17"x8J et 35 all round
These cars are track focused cars only

All that time, money and effort... And you fit cheap rep wheels. Absolute jokes.
And cheap tyres
And cheap coilovers
